An experience to have at least once . A state of art residential housing project. Unlike other projects found in Howrah this project has much more of a beautiful lifestyle to offer. What is different about this project? Well, the answer remains in the thoughoutful detailings. For example, the kids play area has been surrounded by mosquito repellant plants like neem etc and the ground is rubber tuffed so the children dont get hurt if they accidentally fall during playtime. Similarly, the 22000 sqft club which is a kind of extended living room for you and has all amenities like banquet, guest rooms, indoor games room with what-not, gymnasium, yoga deck, kids electronic games room, library, creche with caretakers, swimming pool with baby pool... everything you can ever ask for beautifully filling all your free time with fun and your life with lifetime memories. Priced a little towards premium but once you visit the project and see all these ready with your own eyes, it will all be justified for the premium lifestyle offered with 75% open space. Highly recommended.

I am writing to share some serious concerns I have regarding Joyville by Shapoorji Pallonji. As a resident, I have noticed several issues that I believe are important to bring to your attention. Firstly, there is no visitor parking available, which can be extremely inconvenient for residents and their guests. Additionally, the newly constructed building has cracks that are concerning and require attention. The maintenance of the building is poor, and the charges for maintenance are increasing without any explanation or break-up expenditure. Furthermore, there hasn't been any audited report published regarding the maintenance charges. The drinking water system is poor, and there are no street lights, which can be dangerous and uncomfortable for residents. Finally, the promises made during the flat selling process were completely false. Given these issues, I strongly recommend that you avoid investing in or buying flats in Joyville by Shapoorji Pallonji. I understand that property investments are a significant decision, and it's important to do thorough research before making any commitments. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can help you make an informed decision.

Shapoorji is completely money oriented with unlawful act. They have given false commitment of facilities like bus service, ATM, Creche, drinking water, commercials for grocery and daily necessary items etc. Without having such facilities they are charging ~INR 6/sqft as a maintenance charges without clarifying the expenses. Even though they start charging for common area (which belongs to resident) usage such as play ground, amphitheater etc., which is completely violation of law. Ultimately if you are not agree with their demand, you will be bar to access anything apart from your apartment. Existing owners and upcoming owners are cheated by the developer and recommend you to kindly think multiple times before take your decision for purchase your dream home 🏡.

Just awesome construction place. And lovely Environment

It is a nice residential place with lot of playing amenities including pool and club. Huge open space. Own vehicle is essential for speedy communication, though project has bus within project area but it is once in the morning and and once in the evening.

Nice place for housing but distance from gate is too much.

I am rented in an apartment in JOYVILLE. It's really a beautiful campus in a place like Howrah. The security arrangements are excellent. There is a clubhouse located inside the campus which comprises of a small library, a gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis court and also a community hall where marriage ceremony are organised. Construction company is Shapoorji Palonji and that's why buildings are sky high. Right now another tower named as the Western Heights is under construction which according to them will get completed by end of 2024.

Its a residential project by Sapoorjee Paloonjee Real Estate which is one of the renouned company in real estate industry in India, located in salap more howrah. Its has 3 bhk and 2 bhk budget friendly flats and the project is sorrounded by vast greenary and well connected with kolkataand as well as howrah.

Shapoorji cheated residents. High maintenance charges ~INR 6 / sqft without providing committed amenities. Think twice before invest.

Quiet place for a big residential housing estate by renowned builder ' Shapoorji Pallonji' An abode of serenity distant from the husle and busle of Congested Howrah town.

3 kms inside from the main Road. All common facilities have been removed even the shuttle car. Full off garbage.

Shapoorji cum Joyvile didn't treat residents well in 2023. As of 2024, residents are desperate of selling their flats because of non compliance and unethical behaviour being shown by Joyvile management in 2023. I would suggest every visitor to check with residents for true review. DONOT trust the sales guys. Once they sell it, they won't give any support because it comes under property management then. Think wise before you spend lakhs in real estate. Never go with posters and marketing published by these developers.
