The hotel is ideal for solo business traveller's visiting surrounding industrial area. Staff, hygiene & food is nice. However they should install soundproof windows in rooms opening towards highway as there is a lot of traffic noise in night ( & specially honking)

Located near Dhulagarh industrial area, Howrah, Soni'otel is a good hotel to stay by the NH6. It is a strategic location to connect Dhulagarh area, Howrah industrial area, Uluberia industrial area and the main city or airport. The same is located inside a logistic hub where a number of people come and go everyday for work. The rooms are quite good and comfortable with the view of the highway. The washroom design could be improved though. There are facilities for spa, fitness or liquor at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is good but could be much better looking at the kind of foods available in Kolkata. There are few well know dhabas on the high way adjacent to this hotel. The areas are near and clean and well maintained. The service can be improved by a lot. They charge for dental kit even for the deluxe rooms which is very ridiculous and the buckets and mugs in the toilet should be of much better quality. The behaviour of the staff members are good but should be more professional.

Excellent service from front off to housekeeping. I thanks Mr saurabh from front off & Mr Ali from housekeeping. Very prompt service. Food was very amazing 😊. Only drawback was morning breakfast was same spread everyday no change otherwise rest all were excellent.

This Hotel should be shutdown. Pathetic service. I booked room from there own site days before checking in. When I reached, manager says there's no room available. How can they take money in advance and when customer reaches hotel they just say no rooms. Per on reception is Lost soul. Doesn't know anything. My entire day was ruined by them. Save time and money guys and DON'T go to this hotel.

Rooms are good, but restaurant is horrible... they don't know how to make cream of tomato soup and also don't make atta roti/chapati..... There is need to make basic vegetarian foods tastey and available all time first the go beyond it.....

Went for lunch with family members. The quality of food was not at all satisfactory. The mutton we ordered was stiff, not cooked/boiled properly. The taste was average. The grilled fish was fine. Will only recommend it if someone is going for an overnight stay, but definitely not recommended for just dining (especially for non alcohol dishes).

Worst experience ever. Staff of restro will talk in a misbehave tone even if you ask for bill after 15-20 mins. They will compromise with your comfort on small small things like water, tea etc. After complaining with the concerned manager then he will take side of their staff and you will got a new lesson with an elite lecture.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel during my official visit. The staff was really friendly and helped me to find out the main city points. Really recommend it.

This hotel is like an oasis in the desert. You will not find any good hotel than this on the stretch of 15 km. Very neat and clean. Sumptuous breakfast. Well mannered staffs

Nice Place for Spending Time with Friends and Family. All the Staffs are friendly and Service is amazing.

Food quality is good. Service staff behaviour is very good. Keep it like this to attract the guests to come and stay regularly. One suggestion on location aspect to Soniotel is, to include in Google maps so that while booking cabs the location becomes easy for drivers.

We didn't stay there but had our dinner at the restaurant. It provides authentic Punjabi Cuisines. We had a great family time on Shasthi. Our stwerd Samar needs special mention. He was a humble and courteous guy and recommended the right amount of food for us. Pocket pinch is on the higher end. We have paid around 50k for 6 people. Highly recommended.

Decent rooms, fan was so dirty we couldn't use it. Toilets are clean but old fittings and broken accessories, if you are tourist don't stay here, its far from City, extremely difficult to commute ola l, uber or yellow taxi no one wants to go here.

Food quality is excellent. Infrastructure also good. Overall suggested if anyone walking in that area.

I ordered pomfrets fish fry. One side of fish not cooked well immediately take a attention to manager. He will change it served new one. Ambiance are too good

I had an amazing stay at The Soni'otel and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and very well-maintained, with all the modern amenities that one could ask for. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our go to place. We have stayed here more than 10 times. They have a bar even. Which have a great ambience. Foods are delicious. Rooms are very spacious and staff behavior is very good.
