Very wide variety of clothes, very much recommended for formal + winter wear also good home decor + children toys 👍 This one is quite huge store there are 3 level for shopping. At bottom level there is home decor & children's segment + small electronic segment mainly for phones. Kid segment is having great collection of disney & harry potter merchandise. Home decor segment is also very good & has a great variety. Middle floor is for women & for men top floor has lot of apparels. Currently there is a good discount on winter wear & formal suits.

I'm an original Penny's customer and still love the products ,the prices, the on trend fashion and I love the homeward. Took a visit to the" big Pennys" in OConnell St in Dublin. We came from Westmeath for a special visit. The store is impressive alright but the high volume of foot traffic makes it impossible for staff to keep rails with correct stock, so much product on the floor, customers just put unwanted items wherever they can resulting in new products being left on Sales rails and unhappy customers getting to the check out only to find the item is new stock and full price and with huge queues for the check outs the cashiers don't have the time to argue with irate customers. On a positive note I picked up 4 bodysuits for 1 euro each and a pair or bright sliders for just 3 euro. Some of my favourite scents in Diffusers for 80 cent and a Linen scented candle in a jar. HAPPY DAYS

The one stop for affordable clothing and home decor. I wouldn’t vouch on the quality of all their clothing. They do have great quality stuff that would last years and some that wouldn’t even last two to three washes. But they do keep up with the trend and have wide range of selection.

Great clothing store with latest fashions and affordable prices. Once you step in, you will not go out empty handed. Everyone in the family will have something to take. You will also have some homeware options for cushions, throws, duvets etc. Great clothing options for kids also. Ground floor has section for ladies, -1 floor is for kids and 1st floor is for Men and footwear, with unisex fitting rooms on all 3 floors.

The changing rooms seem to never be open. The staff were friendly and helpful and the store was very clean when I visited. Items on sale disappear very fast, I bought something to try at home, returned to get a different size a few days later, and it was already gone.

Love this place. So much variety and at great prices. I never come out empty handed. Great place for kids too as its got lots of novelty stuff and inexpensive pieces.

The products and the price value for money are all fine. In this specific shop although the stuff at the fitting rooms are rude and arrogant in comparison to other Pennys shops.

A large store in the heart of the city on O'Connell Street. They have various clothing options for men, women, and kids..... The staff are accommodating in finding the right products and the prices are pretty affordable....

Nothing I say here that other people haven’t already said. Good quality, stylish apparels at very very budget friendly price. Saved a lot of money getting winter clothes from here.

I got a lovely purple wide, loose legged casual trousers for €7 reduced from €16! Very happy. Also found a navy linen straight shaped dress reduced by 33%, from €30 to €20 a few weeks ago. Over the years l have picked up some great deals in Penny. Some of their goods are great quality and value for money.

Big shop with 3 floors, loads of clothes for men women and kids, accessories, homeware and makeup. It is a bit hard to find things though and very warm and sweaty. Would recommend if you don't mind sweating.

Outstanding selection. Offers clothing, shoes, accessories, home goods, and a small beauty selection. The Mary's Street beauty section is much larger, as is its lingerie section. Has a nail salon inside called "Nails". Excellent prices. Extremely well organized except during busy sales periods.

I love it, Fair prices for some good clothing 👌 Advantages: different payment methods including gift cards.. trying items in store, affordable price, variety of products. I recommend if you want casual stuff, then you can buy high brand products elsewhere selectively if you want to.

I'm loving penneys not that I would buy much , no it's pure madness and wonderment that will greet as you enter the front door. In case you forget it's nearly Christmas, an array of Christmas themed items for your kittens and pooches are available, from your ever reliable tennis balls to numerous items to put on our adorable pets, alas as with all penneys clothing, the size you want is never there. Pushing on to the Christmas party outfit, well my lord , Saturday night fever rang , they are looking for their disco baubles back, from the fluorescent red , green or purple skirts, barely their tops , flared trousers or just your basic Christmas jumper. I had to leave at that point, too much excitement for one day, but I will be back.

Great that you can find everything you need and nice stuff, however the customer experience is always awful. In 6years going to Penneys in Ireland I was never lucky to have anyone help me with stock checks or offer decent customer service as staff prefer to hide behind pillars to talk, shop is always messy apart from first hours of opening. Not to mention at the tills gossip going on all the time, badly trained people that can't even issue a receipt of refund/exchange correctly. Managers do the same, always talking on the corners and saying "sorry can't do anything to help." Having worked in Penneys twice I know how things should be but people working there just don't care and offer the worst customer service I've seen in Ireland... total joke.

Great value for clothes etc.Friendly service. Queues for cashiers can be a bit long and slow sometimes when only some of them are open . But other than that Highly Recommended.

This is a Great store and very organized. They have affordable prices and something for everyone at this store. I’m from the U.S. and I got some great deals for my son. I highly recommend this store.

As with all the Penny’s in the south, the shop is tidy and clothes aren’t dumped everywhere. That said there was some rubbish left on shelves by customers - empty takeaway drinks cups and tins. That was at about 9.30am. No idea why people are so lazy. This store has a nail bar and a beauty section at the back of the store.

Good quality for a fair price, helpful staff. The only let down is not enough staff at the cashiers, there is always a 10-15 min queue.

Public health advise adhered to, safe space to shop considering the unfortunate circumstances the world is at the moment. 07/08/22 The store can do better with labelling items on sales or reduction. It's inconveniencing to pick up an item, endure the long queues, get to the till and discover the item is not same price. Why pile up a rack on a reduction rail when they are actually not on sales?

Absolutely LOVE this store. Found all I needed and some I didn't. Lol Prices were reasonable and the quality was good. Staff was friendly and it was handicap friendly.

Christmas shopping at Penneys, as always a huge selection of clothes for everybody. Fitting rooms are open so handy to check sizes. Staff helpful and pleasant. Check out was quick even though there was a crowd. A good shopping experience. Thanks

Penny's have good quality clothes at affordable prices. Managed to buy Chinos for work. Recommend to anyone that wants good quality clothes at reasonable prices. Staff are courteous too.

Don't do children sizes up too 12 years old in children wear. I asked a manger and he was very rude and not interested in helping me. A lady manger was very helpful and kind and friendly could not do enough for me know how to handle people with a lovely smile and maner

As a mobility scooter user, there can be opticals to getting around shops at pike times!? The staff in Penneys yesterday went out of their way to help me! Looking for an appropriate coat? The value and quality was excellent... delighted I got 2 coats ;)

I love going to penny's but this penny's when I went on Sunday I pay for my stuff and there was discounts on two items. I was nice and calm and said that they where on it and the girl at desk was so rude and said that it dose not have that discount and one other items where wrong. I explain that has it on all other items. then I was told by the manger that not to be raising my voice as it was a quiet day. also the girl at the desk was rude with me and raising her voice. I think they need to train there staff on customer skills cause it is not the best at all and trying to ask someone for help and they dint know where anything was in the shop just told me they dint know.

If you are a Caribbean person like myself, chances are you arrived in Dublin totally unprepared for the chilly weather during your transit visit. I popped over to Penny's to grab a couple of reasonably priced coats and was not at all disappointed with the prices. With the covid-19 pandemic in mind, I wanted to pop in and out as quickly as possible to avoid much exposure. However, the layout of the men's section provided a bit of challenge that I think can be easily resolved. Similar items should be grouped together as much as possible rather than scattered in various sections of the store. The checkout counter should be located towards the exit as opposed to deeper within the store. My overall shopping experience was good and the store was not overcrowded as initially feared. Several distancing markers throughout the store made me feel comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful and although the items were very reasonable priced, they seem to be of a decent quality.

Be prepared to get the best deals of your lives, folks! The quality of these clothes is so far beyond what you pay for them! I got my mom an organic cotton t-shirt for €3. Seriously. THREE EURO. I spent about €60 and got maybe 13 items of clothing? All high quality. Like, for those of you in the U.S., like Macy's quality. Except somehow, in crazy good prices. If you EVER get the chance, go!

This Department Store offers great deals and quality merchandise. A must go place to shop for everyday clothing. They look and feel nice when wearing. Men’s women’s children’s they got it all. Amazing they keep the prices very affordable while quality is not displaced. I went back for more !!! Location is great!!
