Absolutely affordable with all sorts of varieties on every section.I love shopping from here every time I go to the city.they always keep up to the trends what else you want.right

Pennys is a great clothes shop. It's great to pick up clothes you need whether it's t-shirts, leggings, dresses and tops. You will always find good bargains. I love their pyjamas. Whether it's Winter or Summer ones. It's a great big store with a nail bar as well. The staff are friendly and the place is clean.

This branch of Penney's is their flagship store and is one of their biggest. Ground floor has ladies wear, upstairs for menswear and in the basement you have children's wear and homewares. There is a beauty bar on the ground floor where you can get threading done. Prices are affordable but quality and sizing can vary greatly. This particular is almost always busy, but staff are efficient and helpful and keep the shop floor tidy and the queues moving. On a recent visit, I got some lovely items for my dogs (new bed and blanket, toys, food bowl, collar and lead set) and the total came to only 30e!

This is one of the best store for shopping all house accessories and apparels. This one is bigger than penneys O'Connell street. Both the stores are near to each other. But this one has more home decor options. There are many artificial plants 🪴 available starting from 1.50 euro. I have purchased many small artificial plant pots from here for my house. They also have medium and huge plants for hose decoration. There are many different types of fragrance candles available. At ground floor many disney merchandise are there starting from 6 euros. Their disney collection is great for kids. They also have nice shoes and belts collection. They also have affordable sports shoes and decent socks. This is a must visit place to get all basic things required in house. Their apparel collection is huge and one can find all required apparel and accessories here.

I had quite an experience on the 19th Nov 2023 at 14.30 in Mary street penneys store at the till. I was ready to pay for the items. I asked a female staff member doing the purchase on the homeware/men's section could I get a larger double bagged bag since it was raining outside and the completely refused me. The manager was called even though I didn't request this and was told the same. The staff member started to gossip to her co-worker right in front of me saying "a double bag" looked at me and rolled her eyes. I've never felt so humiliated in my life over a paper bag. However, I didn't make a fuss about it. Yet, I still couldnt understand why it was such a big deal. Nevertheless I let it go. I paid for the items and the staff member squished my items in a single medium paper bag and was ripped in seconds of going outside. What type of service is this? I reguraly shop at this store and there was no issue with this request because majority of the time it's raining in Dublin. I do believe this was a targeted manoeuvre based on my ethnicity. If you want a better customer experience I suggest heading to Penneys in O'Connell Street. Apparently they give jobs out to anyone nowadays.

Penny's is good for cheap fashion but you can get some lovely dresses and sleep wear. The coats are very good quality. A person of any age can find something they need, not just a teenagers shop.

Tina and Sonali- not sure if I got her name right😁 were so very helpful, Sonali went the extra mile and found perfect fitting clothes for us, I really appreciate her efforts cos it’s not a simple task on its own. Tina was so helpful with helping get tax receipts. Such great staff to find all in one day, they truly deserve awards!

My 'Go to place' for everything. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices excellent. Only down-side, they don't always have the clothes in my size. (But come back tomorrow and everything can change for the better)

Outstanding selection. Offers not only clothing, shoes, and accessories, but home goods, lingerie and socks, beauty, nails, and skincare. Has a nail salon inside called "Nails". Excellent prices. Well organized except during busy sales, which is nearly impossible to avoid.

I like Penneys. Great for kids clothes. This one on Henry street is huge and I love looking to the home stuff. The only thing is the range for women my age is not great. If I want a jumper or sweat shirt it has a Disney character on it 🥴

Sad that they don't offer plus size. You can rarely find a 22 size. Fat people also need clothes.

I give it one star because there are very good clothes, yes, but there are also very bad ones. I bought a pair of black pants that cost me more because of the damage. These pants painted my skin and the blouse, the bag that I was wearing and they were ivory, even my underwear. .. I washed it many times but it kept fading... oh no! so I threw it away and all the other things that damaged it, I also threw it away...besides, there are products that give off a lot of lint and after washing them they look very old cheap but disposable clothes "cheap"

Amazing selection. The reason people go in for one thing and leave with ten, is because the range of products and value for money is second to none!! Great store.

Price is fine compared to the quality of the products. The Stores are always full of customers so it is very popular. I wish they would have more Employees to organize and collecting the products and put in the right place and there's a lot of products without price on it, it difficult to find what you need. In general it is a good store but it has potential to get better.

Love Penneys/ Primark. It was great to visit the very first store while over in Ireland. I particularly liked the fact that it had writing on the window identifying that it was the first store. Great store, plenty of choice of clothing and great prices.

Great that you can find everything you need and nice stuff, however the customer experience is always awful. In 6years going to Penneys in Ireland I was never lucky to have anyone help me with stock checks or offer decent customer service as staff prefer to hide behind pillars to talk, shop is always messy apart from first hours of opening. Not to mention at the tills gossip going on all the time, badly trained people that can't even issue a receipt of refund/exchange correctly. Managers do the same, always talking on the corners and saying "sorry can't do anything to help." Having worked in Penneys twice I know how things should be but people working there just don't care and offer the worst customer service I've seen in Ireland... total joke.

What can I say we visited Dublin for 2 days and were in this place 9 times I know unbelievable. Thing was there was so much stuff we wanted to purchase but had to keep coming back as we couldn't carry it all at once. Amazing store with amazing staff who were lovely and made us feel very welcome. I will definitely be back with 2 suitcases the next times as they have so much more of a selection than we do in Belfast.

I’m soo upset with the staff in the counter in Henry street penny’s shop. I bought stuff worth 500 Euros and she treated me and my husband like garbage. Very bad customer service and lady had a very bad attitude sitting at the top floor cashier area. Not once she got up from her seat , She made my husband run for bags to keep things and not a single item she helped us put in the bag . Very very bad attitude she had.

Women can spend many hours in a store and leave more than several dozen euros in it. Better than words, photos and short videos can convey impressions. Therefore, watch them. Better yet, visit the store yourself.

I work in Penneys, they have alot of good items, and reduced items in all departments. Nail kiosk, icecream stand, and mini cafe. Lately there's lots of short staff as in lack of staff on registers, on sales floor etc due to hr dept not giving enough hrs to staff members, not ideal. We do our best but it makes our work hard at times

Great stuff in both their summer and winter collection.. prefect for cute stuff especially when you dont feel like spending too much but want a couple of new outfits... their make up section is great as well

Never been in a Primark this big. Literally found everything there! We’re on Vacataion herr and forgot the we need Uk plugs to charge our phones and everything and couldn’t find plugs anywhere but Primark saved us. Really cool is the ice-cream bar in there, really tasty as well. Never though I’d enjoy ice-cream in a Primark, let alone enjoy it this much! Best Primark ever.

Always love this Penneys due to the vast amount of items they have - a huge selection of everything we can need. I often have to circle the shop twice to make sure I don't miss anything. I love it! Staff could be friendlier - they don't even Converse with the customers, just chat amongst themselves, which I find quite rude.

A huge variety of stuff, since chothes til stationaries. I always find a nice stuff there. They offer paper bags, so less plastic in the ocean, thanks!
