When
I
attended
the
appointment,
a
few
days
ago,
I
had
a
quite
unpleasant
experience.
I
was
first
invited
into
Dr
O'Brien'
office
and
then
I
was
told
that
they
cannot
find
my
previous
reports
.
I
was
asked
to
wait
outside
while
other
people
went
in
for
their
appointment.
I
had
to
wait
for
aproximately
30
min
until
this
was
sorted.
After,
I
was
called
in
and
it
was
a
very
rushed
appointment,
I
was
read
the
referral
report
and
then,
on
a
firm
tone,
I
was
told
that
it
seems
that
my
employer
it
is
not
interested
in
helping
me
so
what
do
I
want
to
do.I
attempted
to
explain
what
the
situation
was
and
conclusions
about
my
issue
were
being
drawn
without
even
being
assessed
first.
Then,
I
was
told
that
there
is
nothing
else
that
it
could
be
done
for
me,
that
there
are
other
people
waiting.
I
had
to
insist
to
be
listened
to
and
to
be
assessed
.When
I
asked
if
I
could
be
offered
some
support
because
the
issue
is
real
and
I
also
asked
about
what
is
going
to
be
written
in
that
report
and
also
for
a
copy
of
it,
I
was
told
that
the
report
is
going
to
be
written
after
I
go
and
that
they
cannot
actually
offer
a
copy
due
to
GDPR.
I
was
told
it
had
to
be
requested
from
management.
At
the
end
of
the
appointment
I
asked
if
I
could
be
offered
the
contact
details
from
the
management
that
I
could
ask
this
from
and
I
was
told
that
from
the
HR
department
from
my
company.
I
do
not
feel
that
I
have
received
a
lot
of
support
and
a
proper
solution
to
help
with
my
issue.
I
still
have
not
received
any
feedback
regarding
that
appointment.
