I have been visiting this clinic several times now. Honestly getting frustrated. I keep getting told to come back every couple of months as they can't figure out a treatment for me. Despite promising me from day one, they would get rid of my acne; if I was followed their instructions. That I did do. Also since my first visit, they had raised the consultation price and were very uncooperative when I asked to keep the same price as initially started. Regardless of my efforts to keep buying their expensive skincare products that I use everyday. And regardless of referring multiple people to them, they redirected me to the GP from asking them to change consultation back to internal price. That shows how much they care. For 50 euros cheaper, they rather get rid of me. They only care about their own set of priority at the end of the day. And happily, in return, put up a good show for you.

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt I needed to address how great of an experience I had. I had a mole screening appointment earlier today with Dr. Joachim Jansen. He addressed all of my concerns and put my mind at ease. He took many photos and showed me why the moles I was concerned about are nothing to worry about. He even addressed other concerns I had and advised on what I should do going forward. I had a great experience in Adare clinic and have already recommended Adare Clinic to friends and family and booked an appointment for my partner.

Dr. Jansen removed a mole for me and he couldn't have been more professional and friendly. And Anne-Marie at the front desk was similarly professional and a pleasure to interact with. It was my first time at this clinic, and I was impressed with everything from the level of service and care to the relaxing atmosphere. If I am in need of any cosmetic procedures in future I will definitely make this clinic my first port of call.

It is so hard to get appointments with a Dermatologist through a GP referral - in that scenario, this clinic is a boon! One doesn't need a referral to see them for something as terrifying as a potential skin cancer lump in my case. The practice is great especially the lady at the front desk who is so warm! I saw Dr. Joachim and he was really nice with the level of attention and detail he provided. Highly recommend this practice!

I have been here twice and the doctor's attitude is very good and professional. The price is more expensive than other places but I don't care because it solved my problem. What really annoyed me today was the total disrespect of the receptionist, when I went to check out, she was schmoozing (guessing schmoozing because she was laughing in a non-English language) while giving me the payment code, which was ok. Afterwards I wanted to change my name and address. I wrote it down. She mistyped my name. When I asked to change it again, she was very impatient. It was not my fault that I mistyped my name. It was reasonable for me to change my name and address. Require. It could be because I'm Asian, I hope it's not racist.

It was a pleasure to meet lovely people at Adare Clinic, the staff is lovely and great service! I used reform skin care products 2 months and I can see great improvement! Thank you for amazing service!

Very rushed only a 15 min consultation for 150 euro..not much reassurance did not make me feel at ease. Just gave me a list of medication and did not explain any treatments if the medication does not work...I had a lot of questions but because it was so rushed I forgot to ask certain questions. Was with Dr. Alejandro Ortiz.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Naomi and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. She examined two moles thoroughly and provided me with a wealth of knowledge and reassurance, which put my mind at ease. Additionally, she took the time to check my hair for male pattern baldness, offering an insightful diagnosis and discussing various causes and treatment options. Her expertise and caring approach made the visit truly informative and comforting. I would highly recommend this doctor for their outstanding service and professionalism.

Dr. Jensen was really thorough with examination of my skin and has taken good care of me and of planning the treatment. I'm looking forward to coming back to him. The receptionist was also really kind and has made me feel welcome. Overall, I had an excellent time in the clinic and will be back.

The Adare Clinic is a wonderful find. We had been waiting months to be seen by a consultant at another clinic and had researched many other clinics, but the backlog for dermatology is dire at the moment. A colleague recommended the Adare Clinic and we weren’t disappointed! We managed to get an appointment so quickly at the Adare Clinic. The doctors are extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgable and great with teens! Highly recommended.

Dr Joakim is very good! Active listening: he listened to my problem carefully without interrupting or judging. Seriousness : he took the problem seriously and prescribed a step by step treatment that only professional and expert can provide. Problem solving: I feel much better right now. After a week, I could already see the difference. Bravo!

Dr. Jansen is kind, gentle, and very professional. I had to get a biopsy and was freaking out, but he was very calm and made the procedure as convenient and painless as possible. Shoutout to the receptionist (Anne? I'm afraid I didn't get her name properly!) who's the loveliest and most welcoming lady. Fully recommend!

Dr Janssen and Anna-Maria provide an outstanding service. I brought my teenager to see Dr Janssen due to chronic eczema. Dr Janssen was extremely thorough and informative yet practical. He immediately developed a great rapport with my son. He prescribed a new regime and treatment plan that is already working and has given my son a pep in his step. I am so grateful for his comprehensive view on my son's wider allergic conditions and feel very optimistic about managing these more effectively.

I had a full consultation with Alejandro today and treatment for a specific skin condition. Alejandro explained everything to me in fine detail with advice on necessary follow up skincare. I am very pleased with all of this and II look forward to a mid Summer review of my condition.

I had a great consultation with Dr Lyubomira Vlahova earlier this summer. I find her extremely informative, patient and she knows what she’s doing, saying. I had a great experience from the minute you walk in, till I left. The clinic is clean,neat and tidy. I find it welcoming. The receptionist is also friendly and she will guide you for the registration form. Make sure to be there in time for your appointment,as it takes up to 10 minutes to fill in. Deffinitely recommend if you are concerned about your skin and you don’t know where to head.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! Brought my 16 year old son for a consultation regarding a suspicious mole on his back. We were able to book a same day appointment online and Dr. Lyubomira Vlahova was very friendly and extremely thorough. She even went above and beyond by giving him a prescription for his eczema. Got great information from Dr Vlahova. She explained everything in details and even showed me the equipment that would be used in case I want to proceed with the procedure so that I am not scared. Wrote down list of information for me to take home. Great experience. Still nervous about the procedure but I am sure I am in good hands.
