If
you
have
been
traveling
through
Germany
and
you’ve
hit
that
wall
where
you
just
can’t
face
another
night
of
traditional
German
food,
do
yourself
a
favor
and
eat
here.
You
could
open
this
restaurant
in
Philadelphia
or
New
York
or
Chicago
and
it
would
be
packed
every
night.
Lots
of
exciting
and
surprising
Asian
fusion
foods
on
the
menu,
but
with
a
local
Badisch
twist.
When
we
ordered
the
“sub”
on
the
menu
this
Pennsylvania
girl
wasn’t
expecting
much
more
than
a
baguette
—
but,
dear
reader,
IT
WAS
A
REAL
PHILLY
SUB
ROLL
sourced
and
specially
baked
for
SPICETRAILS.
Impressive.
Lots
of
locally
sourced
fresh
vegetables
and
most
surprisingly,
a
bok
choy
in
my
chicken
noodle
bowl,
which
I
don’t
think
I’ve
ever
seen
before
in
Germany.
The
table
hot
sauce
is
only
moderately
spicy
for
an
American,
but
full
of
flavor
and
delicious.
The
beverage
menu
is
full
of
delicious
local
wines
and
beers.
Service
is
fast
and
friendly.
Prices
reasonable.
Definitely
do
yourself
a
favor
and
reserve
a
table
here.
