Zuerst das positive: Die Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten sind richtig gut von A-Z, sie wissen wo es zwickt und helfen einem weiter. Das ganze Personal von A-Z sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Lob an die Reinigungsfachkraft im Haus Franken. Das Essen ist super, aber es ist für einen Mann deutlich zu wenig, man hat auch nicht die Chance, doppelte Portionen zu erhalten. Hier bekommt jede Altersgruppe die selbe Menge, man kann ältere nicht mit jüngeren gleich sehen, da der Appetit in jüngeren Jahren höher ist. Desweiteren finde ich die Organisation nicht gut, dass man als Krücken geher ca. 30 min in der Warteschlange stehen muss, egal ob Frühstück, Mittag, oder Abendessen. Das gehört sich nicht. Feste Plätze zu geteilt zu bekommen, finde ich auch besser, so verkürzen sich die Wartezeiten. Zwei Wasserspender für drei große Häuser ist ein Witz, es gehört auf jedes Stockwerk einen, genauso wie ein Gefrierschrank für Eisbeutel. Mich hat es als frisch operierten davon abgehalten ständig so weit zur Schwester zu laufen, um nach einem eisbeutel zu fragen. Wenn man dann auch noch Pech hatte, war dieses Zimmer dann auch nicht besetzt. Ein großes Manko für eine Reha Einrichtung finde ich, dass in 8 Tagen, 3x der Aufzug außer Betrieb ist, da er defekt ist. Sowas ist nicht zumutbar für Patienten die darauf angewiesen sind, oder in den 4. Stock laufen müssen. Mein Fazit: Hungrig zu sein geht auf die Phsyche und verbreitet schlechte Laune.

Vier-Sterne-Wellness-Urlaub auf Rentenkasse? Die Therapeuten sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und mega kompetent. Mir ging es schon während der Reha und auch jetzt deutlich besser. Die Kliniken stellen trotz coronabedingter Einschränkungen ganz schön was auf die Beine. Die Gruppen wurden verkleinert und aufgeteilt, was natürlich mehr Personal bzw mehr Einsatz bedeutet. Das ist wirklich toll, hierfür nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön. Und auch an das Küchen- u. Speisesaalteam, dass sie uns immer bis zum "Rausschmiss" ertragen haben.... wir waren IMMER die letzten ;-) Danke auch für die Rehanachsorge in Form von CASPAR. Der Empfang war gut organisiert und sehr herzlich. Das Personal und die Therapeuten sind alle sehr freundlich und kompetent und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Man konnte jederzeit Fragen stellen, ohne das Gefühl zu haben nervig zu sein. Auch das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Der fehlende Fernseher hat nicht weiter gestört. WLAN war gut, so daß Fernsehen auch über Laptop ohne Probleme möglich war, falls man Abends nicht zu müde war. Großes Lob auch für die Küche und den Speisesaal. In den 3 Wochen hat sich nicht einmal das Mittagessen wiederholt. Mittags wurde man auch mit Namen angesprochen. Nur das Abendessen könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Trotz Coronabeschränkungen wirklich alles sehr gut organisiert. Sollte ich nochmal zur Reha müssen, komme ich gerne wieder.

Ich bin letzte Woche von der Reha zurück gekommen. Insgesamt war es ganz gut. Ich hätte mir mehr Einzelphysiotherapie gewünscht um spezieller auf meine Beschwerden einzugehen. Was für mich sehr anstrengend und nervig war, dass man immer noch in zwei Schichten zum Essen eingeteilt wird. Oft musste ich bis zu einer viertel Stunde anstehen, dann blieb nur eine viertel Stunde zum Essen übrig. Kein Müsli /Salat zum selbermischen usw. Was allerdings sehr hervorzuheben ist, das alle Angestellten sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar waren .

Reha vom 07.03. - 28.03.2023 Leider war meine Reha nicht erfolgreich. Das Therapiekonzept der Klink ist voll auf AHB ausgerichtet -Knie, Hüfte- Für alle anderen Beschwerden nicht zu empfehlen. Für eine orthopädische Klink war, mein unrenoviertes Zimmer, mit einer untragbaren Schlafstätte ausgestattet. Die Matratze durchgelegen, das Kopfkissen unzumutbar und die Zudecken hatte Klumpen oder nichts. Aufgrund dieser Gegebenheiten hatte ich nach 3 Nächten einen steifen Hals und noch schlimmere Beschwerden im ISG Aufgrund meiner Beschwerden und meiner Beschwerde sollte ich einen Topper erhalten. Dies dauerte dann jedoch nochmals 3Tage an denen ich jeden Tag nachfragte wann ich denn den Topper bekomme. Ein anderes Kopfkissen sollte ich mir bei der Hilfsmittel Ausgabe ausleihen - es war jedoch keines mehr da. So zog ich los und kaufte mir auf eigene Kosten ein Kopfkissen. Ich hätte mir auch mehr Einzeltherapien, bei denen individuell auf meine Beschwerden eingegangen wird, gewünscht. Leider gab es viele Vorträge über Bildschirm so das ich das Gefühl hatte, das hier möglichst viele Menschen mit wenig Personal beschäftigt werden sollten. Sehr nervig war das lange Anstehen beim Essen, da in 2 Schichten gegessen wurde und auch noch die Abtrennungen auf dem Tisch standen.

Mein Aufenthalt war von 7.11-26.11.2022. ich war mit allen sehr zufrieden und hatte nichts zu beanstanden. Die Ärzte sowie das gesamte Physioteam waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Auch die Schwestern und das restliche Personal (Speisesaal, Hauswirtschaft) waren sehr freundlich und immer zugängig.
