Kmart Burwood Visited on 9/2/2023 Kmart is great for ma y electrical items. Their home brand products are fairly reasonable and good quality. Visited on 6/8/2022 I have not been to this Kmart store for years, because there was a smaller one near my house. Furthermore, my home is well established, and nothing is ready for landfill. The Kmart store is no longer a retail outlet; instead it is for online pick-up. Kmart Burwood is a very huge store, very bright and well stocked. Besides clothing, bedding, it also sells electrical appliances, electronic accessories, home office needs, and even a garden centre. The staff are helpful and friendly; my wife and I enjoy our shopping experience. The proof is in our bill of purchase.

This is the biggest and coolest Kmart I’ve ever been to, I love how it’s open 24 hours and their stock counting robot, Tory, is so cool! Also someone brought in their cat? Epic. Great Kmart

It's just midnight, I asked the door girl about trolley and she said get it from outside....while she was busy on her phone!.....no one care here😂

I am so frustrated. I drove an hour to this Kmart as the hours on Google advised they would be open until Midnight, yet when I come here there is a sign on the door saying they’ve shut at 9pm. The least they could’ve done is updated the website. Poor form. Also the Kmart is always in disarray and messy and disorganised. It makes me uncomfortable. I wouldn’t shop here if I had another option. Do better.

Rudest service by staff member Irene. This is the 2nd time i have come in 2weeks. Hoping it was a different person. I had a few items of clothing & office items. Wanted assistance using the 'self-checkout'. Her manner was pretty poor for a service person. I left my items on the table and left. She didn't even try to assist or stop me leaving. Tomorrow Target will get my business. They cater to both self-serve & staff assisted customer counters. Irene is definitely not suited to this job. Her manner, and tone are very poor. If i could rate ZERO stars just for service i would.

Kmart Burwood is a very famous shopping mall in Burwood East, Vic. It is a spacious store with large variety of latest garments for men, women and kids. Crockery, kitchen items, shoes, towels, and much more is available at very competitive prices. There is a huge variety of attractive ornamental plants most of the times at highly discounted rates. A worth visiting mall. There is ample parking space. Staff is very courteous.

TRYING TO DO A REFUND AFTER 3RD TIME STORE VISIT AND GOT TOLD THIS IS A REALLY 'AGGREVATED' CUSTOMER BY AN ASIAN FEMALE STORE STAFF. NICE WORK KMART. First time told me no you can't get refund unless a receipt is presented which is understandable, I left without refund. Second time 'coming back within business hours for us to look up the receipt' which is also understandable, I left without out refund. Third time 'oh Sorry we don't offer receipt look up service in store anymore. You will have to contact Online service for this and if out of 60days then just store credit only.'

After we pick up our online order, I found half missing. No body pick up phone call. Online customer service no result.

Lucy Laktosintollerent was the most amazing team member, she kindly helped me to the candle section and showed me some of the best selling candles. I really needed a cheap candel that helped cover up the smell of kitty farts, and she did her job very well. I highly recommend Lucy Laktosintollerent.

Love that this Kmart is 24/7. Can get quite busy but you can find most things that you need here. I like that it’s bigger than most Kmarts which means it tends to have more stock. Staff are friendly too and lots of parking right in front which means it’s easy for access.

sometimes the security can be a bit rude but overall nice shop, clean and tidy and well stocked too. love how it’s 24/7 and garden section is cool to check out as well!

Shoped tonight bought 11 things but cashier forgot to give me the bag with 5 small items, i was busy holding boxes to my trolley only realised when i got home. Called the store 5 times trying each connecting number, no one answers.

lets start with if i could rate this store 0 out of 5 after my 1 hour 20 minute visit tonight trying to get a few things refunded which the staff where happy to help me with as i had all my receipts until there manager Bernadette come along and there system was playing up not doing refunds so i said thats fine just refund me in vouchers which i was told could not be done even after showing i had all my receipts and wasting my time at the service desk for 1 hour and 20 minutes going to be a great morning when i wake up and contact consumer affairs and others with this story worst manager of any store i have ever dealt with good luck shopping at this store i will never step foot in the store again even if it is the last one standing store rating 0 out 5 stars manager -5 out of 5 stars

Pretty alright Kmart chain, but they don't always have the products I need. Kmart also sucks when it comes to finding products - they don't have aisle locations or even category for products so its hard to locate them in store when browsing the app.

The original and the best K mart. Open 24 hours go whenever grab a $15 hoodie and feel good about yourself at 4am.

Opening for 24hours. But many sections were closed for cleaning, which I could understand. But the cleaning process was far way too slow. Kmart is NEVER on my shopping list.

Kmart Burwood is the most popular retail store in all Melbourne metropolitan suburbs. Bernadette and her team are doing a fantastic job in catering for all the customer’s needs and taking into consideration the high volume of customers entering the store continuously especially in the evenings. Staff member Sienna performed outstandingly under pressure in dealing with customers. Her interpersonal skills managed to calm some of the grumpy customers resulting in a win for all. Well done! An asset to the company.

Stopped by to pick up some pet supplies. Found what I needed. Staff was helpful in giving directions. Checkout was quick but there was a small issue with the weight thing when I tried to use my own bag. It was too sensitive and it kept stopping and requesting to get staff assistance.

As someone who is Kmart obsessed, this is THE BEST Kmart. It’s huge and has so much stock. With it being 24 hours you can fill that craving at any time!

Was here at 7am this morning. Lovely girl at the checkout by her self with brown hair. I didn’t catch her name but she was helping a lady with some other type of needs and still helped me pack my bag when I was struggling haha! Thank you for being so kind and treating everyone equally. Good place but based on my experience following are things they need to consider. Phone call is to long to wait. Product you search for, it shows in their stock when staff checks too but it won't be available.

If your at the door being door person at least be happy and put a smile on. Not even acknowledged just glared at to scan my receipt. Doesn't hurt to smile

I’ve been there for few times. Today just got the worst service ever. I didn’t expect real service from Kmart, but at least I need some respect from your employees. When I self check out, the machine is not working so well and asked employees assistance for three times. The man came every time with sad face on and I’m fine with that. However last time he came and solved the issue, he literally kicked away my shopping basket on the ground hardly like 1 meter away. I mean I didn’t come here begging. At least I’m a customer and need minimum respect. Overall I like Kmart, but I ain’t gonna go there in the future. Hope ur management team can solve this. Pay more attention to night shift.

absolutely thrilled with the service I received today at the local. a young man that helped me, brownish blonde hair, quite handsome, believe his name was Gus or something along the lines. Charismatic bloke who went above and beyond to find us something that wasn’t on the shop floor. it’s people like young Gus that makes me have faith in the new generation and the future of our local money getters. you set the tone Gus, well done champ

I was so happy with the service that miss Lucy poattoio Lakos provided me, she helped me through the home section to find a nice comfy pillow to use to cover my husbands big head to quite his snorers. Thank you so much Lucy xoxo
