😠 Suggest the whole team need a rocket up em! Cannot even answer the phone... any department just been ringing out since Friday whilst chasing an order for a customer of mine. Shocking... I order prints to stores every week across the country and in 99% of cases done within 24 hrs but here 3days n not...     DO YOU EVER ANSWER PHONES OR JUST KEEP LETTING THEM RING OUT UNTIL WE GET HUNG UP ON??? Have spent 45 mins calling, no one answers and after 4 mins the phone just cuts out.

    IT'S MY FAVOURITE OFFICE WORKS SHOP IN MELBOURNE EVER. I went there a bit early 😃 in the morning. Easy to get . Traffic is always light. They got everything you can choose to buy. Should come and check it out. Love 💗😘💗😘💗 this SHOP.

    Generally poor customer service and awareness. Waiting, first in line to ask about the availability of a product and there were two staff serving two other customers while another two staff stood around and chatted, whilst uneccessarily involving themselves in each of the other customers' situations. Both of whom were being attended to properly. Felt ignored and your staff need some training based on others' feedback. A bit of awareness goes a long way, a simple approach by asking "are you right there/ can I help you" rather than gasbagging, especially dissapointing when one of the employees looked to be experienced. Had to wait 5 minutes just to be served, won't be returning and took my business elsewhere.

    My mum walked in today needing some help printing an important document and she was not only unable to get help, she was actually told that they were too busy to help her and to do it herself and when she couldn’t work it out was still denied help. Will never be using the store in Taylor’s lakes again. Even if they were busy, an apology and maybe give her a timeframe when they would be able to help, they were rude and dismissive, terrible customer service

    DISAPPOINTING NEW STORE. For a new store I expected it to be much bigger. The car park is far too small for its customer base. Should of stayed in the previous location. Way Understaffed, I was in there for 15 minutes on a Saturday morning, I only seen one employee out on the floor assisting people. You got it wrong this time Officeworks, Nevertheless, so glad there's a one stop shop with so much range, open 7 days a week.

    Absolutely terrible customer service by staff member by name of Khushbaa at printing centre. She was rude, unprofessional and had extremely poor customer service. She was not approachable when inquiring about the machine not printing a receipt. Simply rolled her eyes and walked off, with a blunt face. When confronted about her service, her attitude got worse. The manager by the name of Sharee was just as bad. Did not take feedback into consideration and was defensive about her staff. Poor management, leads by example. Seriously disgusting! Another customer next to me stated I should give them a ZERO star rating! So clearly the ratings for this centre speaks for itself!

    If i could rate this place a zero i would have. All of the staffs are lacking basic training, terrible customer service. The girls at the printing station seems to be unqualified for the job they are required to perform. Ever since they have moved to the new store location, customer service level has dropped by 1000 times. They need to make some serious changes asap and hire some more qualified people.

    Extremely dissatisfied with disaster photo printing and customer service. We went there to print some photos this morning, due to a busy schedule with our baby, we didn't have the opportunity to check the prints until we arrived home. However, we were shocked that almost all photos were printed in a negative effect! so creepy... there was only one correctly printed, how could they even put photos like that into the envelop. So we went back, but the customer service was really disappointing. The staff members were unhelpful, showing little concern. It was evident that they lacked the understanding and willingness to assist us. We were eventually granted a partial refund. However, the entire experience was a complete waste of time.

    Waited to get my click and collect order from the printing section while 2 officeworks employees stood next to me having a long conversation about random stuff, waited 10 mins and then I finally got served! Most employees here are really rude and not helpful at all, poor service from this store always.

    Went to the store today to purchase a laptop, waited 20 minutes and received no assistance I even asked the lady by the door if I could have some help. Immediately left and went to Jb hi fi and was assisted straight away. VERY POOR SERVICE

    The stuff are absolutely nightmare and store manager is pathetic. What is point of having click and collect if customers have to wait for hours to get items that was ready for pick up. The stuff have zero customer service skill and the manager looks they on drugs.

    I had the worst experience ever today. I made an order online on 10:08 am. I received a message saying that the order should be ready in 2 hours. I was near the store at Taylors Lakes, so I thought I should go and check if the order is ready. I entered the store around 12:30. The man at the door told me that the order is not ready, and it should be ready in an hour. When I told him that if there's anything we can do so I can pick up my order, he aggressively told me that I should have waited until I receive the confirmation message and that I can "Shop around" for at least half an hour until they make my order ready. I got back to the car, left the car park and was driving back home, 2 minutes after I left the car park, I received a message telling me that the order is ready. So I had to drive back to the store. When I arrived, the order was ready to collect. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor. The office manager came to me, and she didn't even bother herself to listen to what happened. She said that they didn't have enough staff to pick up that job, and she personally asked them to prepare my order. Then she started defending her staff, and she said that she knew about what happened on my first visit, although she was actually outside the store on my first visit. I found that the conversation will not give us anything as she was aggressively defending her staff without even giving me any chance to explain. I feel that I got humiliated in the store today. I will not deal with that store anymore.

    Stop telling people to use the self serve printing when it's a service you provide. It wasn't even busy, 7:30 in the morning. Your staff are just too lazy to help customers out and have a constipated look on their face when they have to. I seriously hate going here.

    I don’t normally take the time to make reviews however, I purchased a student desk, chair and floor mat tonight, I can not fault the service received from Alex, he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my selection, offering alternatives and managed to find the particular floor mat I was after that I had at first, thought was no longer available. He offered to take the items to my car which I declined, he somehow appeared when we were about to return the trolley to return it for us, Really was a great customer service.

    I have still not received My order which I ordered 28 march and was expected at 31 march, it’s 2nd of April and I have still gotten no email nor any tracking for my order. I am really concerned about this and didn’t expect this from Officeworks. I have enquired for assistance several times but still have gotten no assistance. Please solve this issue. At this moment I might as well think I got scammed and my money got stolen.

    I have been here many times and always been helped out to find out what I need at the best price. I normally go to Peter if he working as he is super helpful and will above and beyond to help out, brilliant salesperson. Overall a great place to shop at 👌👍

    I spoke with Leanne on the phone thismorning. I felt that I needed to write this because she was so helpful and lovely. I had so many questions and was unprepared. She was very helpful and consequently i placed my click and collect order . Thank you Leanne for being easy to deal with and helpful.

    There need to more staff at printing sections. This is the slowest office works store ever. Always stuck in a huge queue bcos there is only 2 staff working in printing. They wait at the printing machine instead serve another customer😠

    Went in store today for printing. Was served by Leslie. Very helpful, excellent customer service, she went out of her way to help me when I wasn’t sure on what I was doing. Keep up the good work will be back for sure !

    I’ve had to return my son’s school laptop yesterday for the third time. Each time upon returning the laptop to Officeworks, I’ve received conflicting informations in regards to the refund process from their staff. The manager Sam, was no help to her staff member serving us yesterday, he was really trying to do his best. Due to conflicting information and lack of care to the consumer, as this has impacted my son’s schooling for the last 6 mths. I’ve now lodged a complaint with consumer affairs.

    FIX UP YOUR CLICK AND COLLECT, SO CALLED SERVICE. I ordered a desk on the 29th June, Click and Collect said it would be ready on the 4th July, no email, I rang the Store, sorry it hasn't arrived yet try tomorrow. I rang every day this week and then get told Friday, sorry this delivery isn't due to arrive until the 11th,So that's 12 day's, where in the Hell is it coming from. If it doesn't come by the 11th, I will be calling H/O and letting them know that this is not acceptable in today's competitive climate. I definitely will not be shopping at Office works ever again. I worked 20 years in Retail, and you are the worst store for customer service. If I could give 0, I would.

    I purchased a mobile sim card and after a month of waiting for it to be activated, we went back to get a refund. Staff were not helpful, manager was too busy blaming us for the problem and refused to refund. On the 2nd visit, I was told that the register does not give refunds. So I went to the Highpoint Officeworks store and received a refund. Watergardens store Manager may have won a few dollars on the day but has lost thousands over time. Poor management skills, needs educating. Look after your customers. If your going to sell a product, back it up.

    20 minutes in line to get 3 pages laminated. 2 staffers in the copying area. 1 is stuck taking passport photos and obviously doesn’t know how to work the machine. Saw her approach a supervisor for help and was fobbed off. Result. We all waited longer .

    Great customer service I bought my laptop and other goods here very knowledgeable and friendly staff that take the time in explaining the product rather than rushing you out the door. Easy to find using Google maps. Have also purchased many things online the delivery times are great and am always kept up to date with any changes. Will not shop anywhere else for technical needs and stationery.

    Always can rely on this place to arrive on a late night paper printing festival. At 10 cents a sheet (black & white mind you) its a great and convenient deal. The store usually has a nice smell it too as well. The kind of smell you'd associate with an office smell

    I went from Caroline Springs OW to Taylor's Lakes OW today. The worst entry welcomes customers. Torn cardboard boxes, buckets of dried leaves. All it takes is 1 minute. The manager gives a damn. What I saw inside is a reflection of what I saw outside. Well it cannot be different, because it is under the same manager. Books were all staggered and rubbish everywhere. I need to get to toner area. Cannot. Blocked by to high trolleys with boxes. Service was good. But the visuals were like some of the KMART stores before Christmas. This is Australia. A standard is expected. I hope the manager will see to it. you.

    I cant thank Rebecca enough for her help and service. I came in to store with my daughters booklist for prep and as a first time doing this was abit lost as to what I was looking for, Rebecca was so patient with me and my husband and walked us through the store and helped us find every single item on the list.     Where has customer service gone? To wait in like 30 minutes and no one ask what you’re waiting for… what a waste of time. No signs to advise “ printing it self service “ since when? me and many others who lined up. I was then told you can’t print every type such as 45 at self service so I have to do half self service and half at checkout. Really unprofessional.

    If it was possible to be 0 stars I would. Extremely poor customer service. The older ladies in printing section and on the floor extremely rude, ignoring me when I’m right next to her, and chatting ignoring customers in the line. Who gives these ladies a chance to even be interviewed? The younger staff is nice and helpful. Need to change your staff. Rather go to caroline springs than this store.

    I went in to print a document. I was refused printing services because I couldn't convert my file to a pdf, to which the assistant walked off on me before I could've even as for help or another alternative. I asked over the counter for tech assistance and was again refused. I finally figured out how to convert my document to a pdf. This unfortunately changed the format of my document. I asked for the format to be modified to its original and they were unable to assist with this. This service was not flexible at all. I'd hate to know how helpless someone without a phone or mere tech knowledge would feel.

    The printing service is a joke. Take a few days to get 1 single paper to be printed. When I cannot wait for that long (urgent document), I came here to check and the lady told me to wait because I’m still in the queue but she offered me to print again directly with another charge. How difficult is it to get 1 paper document printed quickly as possible? A disaster service.

    Very unprofessional especially to TRACEY at the printing service is extremely rude and worst customer service experience I ever deal with. I went to Mark the manager in store to complain about Tracey and another customer who was approached the manager at the same time to complain about her as well. No apologies at all!!! but he did help me to sort out my printing. Please avoid this store if you can. I’ll call up to the head office to lodge a complaint as well as this is unacceptable customer service.

    Hey Officeworks staff, I recently had my grandfathers 180 page hand written journal scanned and a copy printed. Journal was started in 1965 in an old book. The journal was bigger than A4 so was not a standard fit. A suggestion put forward by the lady that advised me at the start was to go A3 scan to fit - totally fantastic suggestion. It means we can now transcribe the older style writing he used back then. The printed copy looks stunning. All in all, an awesome outcome, thanks for all your efforts to do this for our family.

    I needed quite a few diffrent sized photos printed in the last few weeks. I was lucky enough to find the same staff member Izzy at the printer counter each time. She was so helpful and patient, she came out and helped me at the self-service kiosk, answered all my (non tech savi) questions and even went through different options on the service desk computer. Thanks for the great service!

    The worst customer service. Waited to print copies told to go do it myself, explained I don’t know how. Still forced to use the machines with a worker around. The worker jumped to many customers without even helping people completely. Maybe make a sign before queuing to say we are not going to help you go do it yourself on the machines.

    Horrible customer service today. I went in to ask about returning my faulty airpods and was basically told that they can’t do anything about that. Why? Because the airpods had been opened and that would be unhygienic! Tell me, how am I meant to know if my item is faulty if I haven’t opened it? Also, your policy says that faulty products are not resold so why is hygiene an issue? The lady I expect to be the manager said I had no other options but to keep them and was extremely condescending and arrogant. Don’t bother going for a return in store, just call up the general help line and organise a pick up. Way faster and you won’t even need to deal with staff that act as if you’re a nuisance, trying to get you out of the store as quick as possible!

    I bought an demo apple watch , the receipt clearly mentioned the product code and price and they asked me to pick the watch next day because they wanted to reset the watch .I got the call from the manager that the watch is ready to pick up but some time they again called me and informed me that they can’t give me the watch at that price . I never expected such poor customer service from the staff and the manager.

    Staff is good and service is really bad. I had to wait nearly half an hour in the queue to scan one document. There is only 2 girls to serve the customers which is really bad. There should be more staff serving the customers all the time.

    Was advised on the phone to come and get passport photos done no need for appointment. Went to office work and girl on counter says passport photo machine is broken no apology nothing, wonder what customer service skills. Don't waste your time go somewhere else

    Went down on Sunday night about 5:30pm. I would commend the two staff who helped me. They recommended a HDMI hub that had a USB-C connection compatible with the monitor and keyboard I was purchasing - he even opened the monitor box to check it was all compatible. When I set it up, it all connected seamlessly and I was able to use all products within 5 minutes. Not a problem since. Thanks again!

    I usually have good customer service here (I think I've only been during the day so it would have been 3-4 stars), but tonight I had really poor service. I have a heavy item I need to return and need the cash back for other things. I fell asleep after work, but figured I still had time, so I raced down and parked right outside the door with a few minutes until close. I went inside and asked if I can return a piece of furniture and if I could I bring it in. The response was, ”We close in a couple of minutes" and "We can't let you in without a certificate". So I went back to the car to get my phone and returned to see a silver-haired man at the entrance. I said I was just speaking to someone else, showed my phone, and his response? "Sorry, we're closed" and that was it. I looked at the 5 kids working there all staring away or at the ground. It was like the night workers are anti-service and want to leave early. This was the worst customer experience I've had in months.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Waited in line from 8.40pm till 8.55. My Files which have been send through 20x times .. apparently didn’t go in. The worker was clearly wanting to clock herself off ASAP, as everyone was leaving. She lied to me that they hadn’t received any of my law files for my law exam tomorrow, before a man, lacking all sorts of customer service behaviour, requests for me to leave. They didn’t offer me any alternative, any solution, any help. Kicked me out and told me it’s not their problem. Office works Taylor’s lakes should have some manners, understanding, patience. Instead, I got the upmost disrespect, lies, and pathetic excuses. Every worker seems rude, agitated and very unhappy. It’s sad to have a girl look at your files and tell you that she sees nothing, right before she knew you had an exam. I would call these people poor quality people, with low moral and highly undisciplined in many aspects of the workforce

    Javier wentv above and beyond with their customer service. I had a list of items and they took the time to write down which aisle each of them were in. When two items weren't available they looked up on the system and confirmed where I could get them. Stock was a bit low on many items. When I did click and collect the customer service was also very good.

    Waiting to get a refund for over a week now. I have called twice and submitted a return item form online. If I do not see it by today I will have to take the matter further. Appalling customer service. I will never shop at Officeworks ever again.

    Worst place to get the prints!! Person standing in line for long time but the girl is more concerned about collecting coins & putting it in the shelf. Then when the turn comes you are getting told that this is not the queue. 0 customer service!! Just expert at avoiding ppl!!

    Never have i experienced such a beautiful and caring customer service. Great to hear especially with the current situation. I had calleed several times and each time i called just the tone of voices that the staff had was not only professional but happy and was happy to help each time. Even though it was just paper its great to see people loving and being so professional....you guys are awesome taylors lakes officeworkteam. Keep up the good work

    Great customer service very helpful staff and manager, i get my printing done here and its always fast. I generally love walking around and buying stuff I don't need because I'm addicted to stationary 😆 Bought a desk, shouldve paid for it to get assembled because it took me some hours and alot of cursing...anyway, got the desk took it home started assembling it, then realized one plank is broken..called up officeworks, took it in and they replaced it. I'm happy with that!

    The click and collect service needs work! Ive ordered my item on Friday night and the expected pickup date was 3 days later even though the item was in stock . Please find a solution for this issue as there are plenty of other busineses out there that would have had the order done the next day for collection. I understand that this pandemic has affected a lot of businesses and have been busier than expected. However, if other competing stores can do it then there should be no reason why this cant be done.

    2 HOUR CLICK AND COLLECT IS FAKE!! Only happens if the store manager Simon wants to fulfill the order! He diverted my order to warehouse knowing full well the items were in stock!! I ordered very basic office supplies pens, exercise books, highlighters. I was surprised when I received an email saying all the items I ordered was out of stock and will be available in the next 2 days. I went into the store and found everything that I ordered there, I had to pay again for all the items. I proceeded to tell the manager on Snee what occured and all he could say was we have lots of orders and no staff to fill them. It's back to school period can they not plan for this? Why advertise 2 hour click and collect if your store is not adequately staffed? Still waiting for my online order to be refunded! Save your time get your kids books from the bookshop!! Update: It's 2 weeks later still waiting for refund of online order. The level of incompetence, lack of common sense and customer service both in store and through customer contact 1300 OFFICE is beyond APPALLING! Does anyone actually do their job here?

    WORSE CUSTOMER CARE - WATERGARDEN OFFICE WORKS I asked one of the sales guys to check the price of a Book. He checked and told me 90cents. BUT IT SAYS 50cents IN BIG LETTERS. APPARENTLY HE IS THE STORE MANGER (MR.SNEA) AS I SHOWED TO THE CASHIER HE TOLD ME YOU BEEN RUDE TO ME AND NOT GOING TO PRICE MATCH.TOLD ME "TAKE MY PHOTO IF YOU WANT TO, MAKE A COMPLAIN BUT I AM THE MANAGER".
