Sharing great experience every time! Very supportive staff, go to great length to help with the query. I went in to change my plan to reduce cost but ended up getting much more with reduced cost. T.J. was exceptional with the handling of customer query. On previous occasion, I got steal of a deal with Samsung Note phone. My advice, when in doubt, do go to the store and ask! You might get more than you asked for.

When my kids were little their fave book was "where's your mittens Josh" A decade later they ask "where's my latest gadget Josh" and the team at Vodafone the pines always deliver with superb service and smiles. Keep up the great work super team. Ps you'd be nuts to buy a phone or plan anywhere else. 5 stars plus an elephant stamp.

Went into the store to upgrade my old phone and was served by Nagina who was very friendly and helpful. She helped my husband last year when he upgraded so it was good to be able to use her knowledge of the phones and plans again. Nagina was also able to give me good value for the plan I chose, thanks for your help.

Wow, does it get any better than this for service and value? last minute gift idea for my son late in the day TJ and his most capable assistant said no to optus and hady sons number ported in minutes on a super value plan that saved me a mountain on a deluxe new purple blower. Over 35 yrs our family has been using a competitors service, yet my mother and I had a great experience this morning at this store. As Josh not only have a fantastic customer service, he was also very accommodating to his customers issues and needs especially towards the elderly. You’ve gained a new customer… my mother. Very fast, efficient and thorough, I highly recommend. Definitely considering to change all of my accounts from my current service provider & moving it to Vodafone. Josh thank you for your help, looking after my mother & pure honesty.

Josh is so knowledgeable and so helpful...thank you so much. Nothing is too much trouble at this store so the staff spend a lot of time with you to make sure you have what you want/understand your contract. Downside is that you may be waiting a while if you're the next customer but usually you would be told to come back in ten or twenty minutes. Service and knowledge in one place!!! Well done guys!

Had an amazing experience today upgrading mobile phone and changing contracts with Nagina assisting us. She was very patient, knowledgeable and was able to provide detailed explanations and advice for any questions I had.

Went in recently to enquire about their mobile plans. I found the customer service horrible, I guess it depends on who is working on that day as the customer service representative, so everyone will have a different experience. I was spoken to by a local Asian guy whom I found a bit arrogant and he spoke so loudly when I asked questions and I was told that I can find all the information I need online, now that is customer service for you (sarcastic). So, I decided to stick with my old mobile service. I know that there can be unfriendly and arrogant people elsewhere, but this was my experience here.

I had the best experience today with Nagina. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made upgrading my 3 plans a breeze which I usually dread. She is an asset to your company. I will definitely be returning to this store for all my phone needs in the future.

We went to the Vodafone Pines outlet yesterday for some help on our existing Vodafone plans and devices. Nagina was fast to response to all our inquiries and clearly understood what our requirements was. I can easily say this is one of the best Vodafone centers and they were super helpful and easy to work with. We left with 2 new devices and a minimal increase in our monthly bills. Great work team and thanks again Nagina, can't thank you enough for making our upgrades easy and less stressful. And an early birthday gift for my wife and self-Father's present for myself....:-) Have a great day!

Staff at Vodafone the Pines are really helpful and friendly. They will get the job done for you even while they are very busy. I had a perfect experience with them, specially Nagina.

TJ and Regan always go above and beyond for their customers. My family have been apart of Vodafone for years now, each with individual and work mobile phones. TJ and Regan always find the best deals for us that enable us to get the best plan possible as well as providing us with extras such as screen covers, cases etc. Thank you for always looking after us!

I went in with my Mum today looking to upgrade my phone. TJ helped us and he was incredible!!! So patient, very informative and helped us out with everything we needed, answering any questions we had. He was great at juggling customers as well. We walked out of there with a brand new phone and were very happy with the service.

Before going any further let me tell you that the manger/owner of this store namely Josh is very knowlegeable in his field of expertise and skillful in every aspect of it. I did  purchase my Samsung S21 Ultra from him back in March 2021 with high degree of satisfaction, and have recently traded-in my S21 Ultra for a Samsung Z Fold 4, and received a very fair deal on this device from Josh. Amazingly enough, while doing my purchases both in 2021 and 2022, he was so patient with me anytime I had concerns or questions which exceeded my expectations. His young assistant namly T.J. was also very well manered and patiently helpful while assisting me with the transition from S21 Ultra to Z Fold 4. I do recommed this store to any potential customer, and rest assured you would be treated with absolute kindness and receive an excellent customer service here at this store.
