Well stocked supermarket with plenty of room in the aisles. Very clean and staff quick to ensure no major hold-ups at tills.

For bigger grocery shopping it's the best supermarket.

This shop is one of those big size Lidl so it’s definitely an advantage. I can’t speak for the past as we moved quite recently, but after some 10+ trips since, in the course of 2-3 weeks I must say they have some trouble with stock in comparison to Lidl shops closer to Dublin. Not sure if it’s just the way it is, but I’d suspect them to be fairly equally stocked - you can see the difference though as I travel weekly to Co. Kildare and Dublin even now and the difference is visible in terms of what is available and how empty some shelves are here. It might be temporary and due to recent events like war in Ukraine and general post covid result, or brexit impact but if so… I would expect it to hit every Lidl, not just some of them. Will review again if the state changes for sure as I want to be completely fair to the business if the stock levels become better.

The store was very busy when we visited at lunchtime but was well managed as regards health recommendations. It was well stocked. The staff were quick and cheerful

I shopped at lidl in donegal town yesterday, great shop, very helpful and friendly staff. Great products and great prices. I'm very impressed with the lidl model, which is the same in every town so I know where everything is.

I didn't go in here but I am looking to change the car. Imagine my delight while waiting for my wife to return to see every model of car I was considering to buy roll in and out of the car park. Still jo decision tho. Will keep you posted.

Great place to shop but with ongoing work ouside it makes it harder to get in and out of the carpark

Newly refurbished Lidl is fabulous. Bright and spacious with good sanitising station. Coffee at €1 is good value and new customer toilets is a great addition. Isles are wide. Lots of variety of food etc. Parking is free and plentiful. Staff are friendly, very helpful and efficient. A great shopping experience.

The new layout took a while to get familiar with, but easy getting around with wider aisles. Despite a larger store, grocery variety seems much the same, poor gluten free variety on frozen products. Lighting and checkout section improved and great having customer toilets. Much better parking lot with wider spaces.
