We just moved in to Donegal Town and I found this SuperValu to have good stock and fairly pleasant experience after couple of visits. It is a small “shopping mall” like facility with a main shop being SuperValu, but also smaller businesses inside: barber, food stand, some other shops as well as Social Welfare Protection local office I believe as well.

Could not believe found a random restaurant in there and the food was bloody amazing and the service was so friendly

There is many places inside SuperValu and SuperValu itself is lovely, you can buy loads of goodies ,drinks ,useful stuff and phone cases. Definitely recommend going too.

Have been popping in and out for the last 21 years. Bit pricey compared to Aldi and Lidl. Staff helpful and friendly. A recurring issue is prices on the till don't necessarily match discounts on shelves. One needs to watch that possibility. Otherwise no complaints.

Keep everything you'll need if coming on holiday to the locality from beer and spirits all types of food and fresh baked bread every day. And great offers on steak most days .

Very dear shop but nice stuff

Me and one of my friends got kicked out of supervalu by a Ukrainian woman who cleaned the bathroom floor 5 times acting like she was flat out , we where sitting on the seats beside toilet and she comes over shouting telling us to get out and that we made big mess and she told us then to wait here while she went to get the “manager” we waited for 10 mins we didn’t leave as we didn’t do anything wrong we wanted to prove that my other friends then came in and said that this woman has gotten into her car so we walk out and she gives us the middle finger from the passenger side of the car

Just out of supervalue where I went to purchase a coronation chicken sandwich, went to pay at the till, it was out of date and the blonde young girl behind the counter had the cheek to charge me for it. I told her it was out of date she just took it from me, no sorry no nothing just continued to tap her long purple nails on the counter.
