We booked through Airbnb and it was terrible!!!!! We got there late at night and in the listing we were told all the amenities. The washing machine didn’t work, the toaster didn’t work, the stove didn’t work and then the next day the water was off!!!! No water for showers, to use the bathroom or to brush our teeth. The owner tried to “ bribe” us and we had a party of 9 with 100.00 E to not turn in the matter to Airbnb! I told her that I was going to be asking Airbnb for a full refund and she snatched the cash right out of my hand and slammed the door in my face! We had to make other arrangements to shower and such for 9 people! I have many other photos but they are too gross to post here! Almost everything didn’t work! Airbnb refused to give us a full refund! Beware!!!

Booked the triple ensuite room back in January. Very comfortable quiet room at the back of the house, although there is no view, as it's blocked by conifers. We booked the evening meal at €25 which included soup, roast chicken with homegrown veg and apple pie to finish. A great choice if you don't want to drive out for a meal. Fab breakfast which we had museli with yogurt and a full cooked Irish. Orange juice and tea/coffee with toast alongside. Really set us up for the day. We had no tea/coffee making facility in the room, but mugs of tea were gladly provided on demand. Do be aware that very high tides can cut off the island, which caught us out one evening, waiting for an hour or so before being able to return. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely location 👍😊

The best hidden gem. The house is quaint and the views are spectacular. Can see both sunrise and sunset from here and it did not disappoint.
