Facilities are OK, pricy for what's provided. Some of the management are disgraceful, lacking in manners, customer relations skills and brains. The reason why, in spite of the above, the overall rating is OK is solely down to a single member of staff - Lea Dubois. Without being able to deal with her to the exclusion of her manager this would have been a one star review.

My experience was very good, they are tentive, punctual and polite

Currently staying at Thomond student Village managed by PMI..i will not recommend this property to students. They are charging hell lots of money more than 700 without electricity and other facilities.. currently iam spending more than 70 euros per month for electricity and around 200 together for this tiny apartment altogether.. please check other options available nearby.
