McDonalds, I love McDonald’s, but at this particular location I think it has a lousy management. I guess they don’t train the employees as good as in other locations. Most staff is rude, some are very nice. I come to buy food here and it must be someone in management (she had a black polo shirt) talking rude to the people ordering in front of me. That is not the McDonald’s I am fond of. I’ve eaten at this location many times and the order accuracy is always off, incomplete, or not as ordered. You are better off going to another McDonald’s or Wendy’s that’s right down the road. I hope management can see what’s going on and fix it.

Very good place to take your fast food. Fast, efficient and smart. The location has been renovated recently. No more fountain available. Employees speak English and Spanish as well. Very clean, great! A lot of parking available. I recommend to use the McDonald App to earn point and time.

My experience was so awesome so I just want to share. Sometimes it takes 10-20 minutes to wait for the order at different branches of McDonalds. But here I made a mobile order just after I parked a car and when I enter it was ready. Unimaginable 🙀

The manager that was in august 19 at 5:18 shouldn’t be working at customer service she has a bad actitud and doesn’t want to work since I enter to the restaurant she was screaming to he’s workers and I order in the app and she told me that they can’t receive orders from the app but the app let me make the order and also charge me and she didn’t give me my order and also she talk to me so passive aggressively and I leave without my order because she didn’t give it to me no matter that I show to her that I did make the order and pay for it

I got two cheeseburgers for my dog and two guava creme pies for us. The pies were delicious. The young man st the window was kind and smiling.

I order a mcchicken and. And a medium fries with a Coke almost $10. I forget to ask for the sauce I asked for at the window and they are charging me twenty one cents horrible. That's how cheap and petty McDonald's is

This location is outstanding, the cleanliness and service are great, we don't eat fast food, but from this location it doesn't bother us as much

Extremely unprofessional the coworkers don’t have any knowledge about how to demonstrate positive customer service qualities. I highly recommend to do a training about all the services that Mac Donald offer because they don’t know. Also offer a training to the principal manager of the store and the coworkers about how to be polite and never talk rude about another’s coworkers in front of any guest. That is disgusting.The people who work attending the customer service are very rude and unprofessional. Everyday I asked for a medium latte hot with extra milk because if not to strong for my stomach and every day they give me the wrong latte, with flavors, without extra milk and sometimes cold and after I wait patiently when I go to the window the server send me to the parking for long time. I don’t understand how a latte is something hard to do??also after I wait in the parking the server just bring me the wrong request. This is unacceptable . And when I talked to the supervisor and the manager from the store. The supervisor was very rude I feel Extremely upset for people like this,rude and impolite and with extremely bad knowledge about what they have to do.

No complaints it's fast good but they gave me an smile.

Do I even need to tell? Dosent everyone knows already it's amazing? The chicken taste so good? So does the French fries. And the burgers. And the pastries. And everything is amazing

McDonald’s used to always be a good place to visit anytime of the day. Normally you would order - receive good service - ask for sauce, you receive it. Then carry on with your day because why else would you order nuggets? you unfortunately will be told it’s POLICY to pay 0.21 cent for SAUCES. Can’t even give you one for free as a courtesy. Manager working today 10/04/2023 night shift 6:55PM just left me very unhappy and unsatisfied. It’s shameful to argue over sauces. she told me “it’s about inventory” I’m pretty sure she has let people get sauces who she chooses. but unfortunately I wasn’t the lucky one today. It should be a sign that ENFORCES the policy. not just when a manager feels like enforcing a a policy to certain select customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. MCDONALD ALWAYS GIVE YOU SAUCE! FOR FREE.
