saying
I
work
for
Jackson
so
initially
I
went
to
the
urgent
care
when
I
needed
to
be
treated
for
Shortness
of
breath
and
cough-
I
suffer
from
asthma
chronically-
When
I
walked
into
Uhealth
Doral
urgent
care
clinic
on
Friday
11/24
at
around
10AM
I
was
stabilized
because
I
just
did
treatment
at
home.
The
staff
at
the
front
were
on
their
phones
and
laughing
prior
to
actually
even
noticing
me.
Minutes
later
after
that
encounter,
a
nurse
which
I
wish
I
took
the
name
down-
Asked
me
if
I
already
did
nebulizer
at
home.
(Mind
you,
I
had
done
nebulizerx2
but
was
not
finding
relief
and
continued
wheezing
which
is
why
I
wanted
futher
evaluation
and
treatment)
She
said,
since
I
did
that
at
home
their
was
nothing
else
left
for
her
to
do
for
me-
I
asked
for
her
to
take
my
O2
Sat-
which
prompted
92
and
she
said
"oh
ok"
and
restated
that
their
was
nothing
they
could
do
for
me-
She
didnt
even
offer
me
O2/
albuterol
treatment.
She
told
me
to
just
take
deep
breaths.
As
I
grew
more
and
more
frustrated
because
obviously
I
cannot
take
deep
breaths
and
that
was
the
very
reason
I
needed
a
shot
of
steroids
or
something
stronger
to
help
my
airways.
She
turned
to
me
and
said
"feel
better"
as
I
walked
out.
I
drove
to
a
baptist
nearby
my
home
where
I
was
immediatly
treated
with
acute
URI
and
asthma
exacerbation-
they
gave
me
a
shot
in
my
glute
and
treated
me
with
albuertol
and
prescribed
me
continued
steroids
for
use
at
home.
The
staff
was
incredible
and
such
a
different
experience
then
the
clinic
-
Even
though
I
had
to
pay
copay
$50
I
rather
pay
that
than
go
back
to
that
facility.
Very
disappointing
because
I
work
for
Jackson
and
I
know
our
patient
care
is
priority,
but
it
felt
as
if
I
was
a
bother
to
them.
