its always dirty and they never have anything in stock. when you pick up an order they will tell you its not available and you basically have to settle. the manager is horrible to the employees and on top of that the employees have horrible attitudes. ive even gotten food poisoning from here once before and the drinks just never taste right. dont waste your money or time here. if i could give 0 stars i would.

ANDREA is the rudest barista! She threw BOTH of her middle fingers at me and my children. My children are ages 4 & 8. I definitely do not condone this type of behavior. Please check the mall cameras if you have to so you can see what type of employee you have attending families in this location. I am making a complaint against her with the BBB.

I really like this location and the service to me is been good so far but I've had the worst experience today with the drink. My boyfriend and I got food poisoning from a drink and I think it was the chocolate cause we had individual drinks. I'm sad this is happening.

Worst service I’ve gotten from any Starbucks. Was just told they were not serving “iced drinks” by the manager. While leaving one of the employees fills his chick fil a cup with ice. I come back to ask her if it’s iced coffees or iced drinks in general. Since what i wanted was not coffee. She had the audacity to say her employee just used the last cup of ice for his personal drink. Never going back
