I had a mixed experience with Palmera Apartments. Initially, things seemed promising, and I was excited to work with them as a real estate agent to help clients find apartments in their complex. However, after six months of diligent work, I faced a significant issue. Palmera Apartments failed to pay me the agreed-upon rent commission. The lack of payment for my hard work and dedication was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Despite numerous attempts to contact them and resolve the issue, my concerns fell on deaf ears. This has left me frustrated and with a sense of unfulfilled commitment from the company. While the apartments themselves may be decent, I would caution anyone considering doing business with Palmera Apartments to be wary, especially if you are relying on them for commissions or financial agreements. Their lack of transparency and failure to fulfill their end of the deal has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that Palmera Apartments can improve their communication and commitment to financial agreements with their partners in the future. As of now, I cannot recommend them without reservations due to my unresolved commission issue.

Moved in to a previously stained/dirty rug. then they charged me for it when i moved out. They charge you whatever your pending deposit is. clearly a tactic to keep your deposit. completely unprofessional. Additionally, while living there: kids let fire alarms off in middle of the night causing everyone into a panic. This happened multiple times within the year. "Security" they hire never answers the phone. catch them sitting in the lobby couch on their phone all night. Garage doors are broken for 6 months at a time. Cars are broken into. Balconies are very dirty when you move in. Utilities are in need of being replaced. You can call the office all day but no one will answer. office lady will sit there on her personal cellphone all day. Amazon, UPS, FedEx packages are always missing or delivered to wrong building. Good luck getting a pizza delivered. the building is impossible for them to access. and dial in screens are difficult for them to find. no service in the parking garage for them to contact you. The tenants on the first floor feed local cats out back by the dog park. smells horrible! Kids running up and down the hallways all day making so much noise! don't let any "community event" with a free hotdog and coffee overshadow the basic things this place lacks. Their pool may look nice on google but its filled with individuals that do not reside there! Take your money somewhere else.

We have been living in this building for two years and the people in charge of holding the events really do an excellent job. Each activity is of great variety and adapted to children and adults.

The community events they do are excellent, today we had a bachata one and I loved it. 100% recommended

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! WORST MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The management won’t answer your calls and discard your concerns!!! ALSO DONT EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!!. Your deposit will be gone!! Also, no way you can sublease your apartment if you needed and you need to pay 2 months rent if you decided to leave. I lived here for a few months and had to break the lease due to moving to another state. They required me to pay two months lease in advance and they take almost all of the deposit. I left the apartment like as received it. They deduct almost $270 for nothing and claims that they received the keys of the apartment at 11:30am instead of 10am. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!! The management didn’t answer my calls when trying to ask about my deposit and ignored me. The management even doesn’t answer emails. Also, it’s the environment is so noisy and expect your bedroom to face the pet track and you will wake up everyday around 6am because of the dog barking. I want my deposit back!!!! Don’t get trapped and rent here.

I had the pleasure of touring the beautiful Palmera at Doral & it didn’t disappoint. First of all the staff are very friendly & cordial. Yahoska was very helpful & accommodating to my schedule to give me a tour of the property. The place it beautiful with plenty of amenities to entertain friends when they visit or just relax. The apartments are very spacious with lots of floor plans to meet anyone’s budget & they are centrally located. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes luxury.

It’s a beautiful place, clean and it has beautiful amenities

This year living here, I tell you, the staff is very attentive and friendly, but certainly things happen in this building that you don't expect (for the price you pay)... on several occasions the alarms go off for no reason, day or night. early morning, cleaning in the common areas, sometimes clean, other times dirty... flooding on floor one is the order of the day due to lack of maintenance. The parking lot doors open, I don't understand forever THERE IS SOMETHING DAMAGED in this building... If you want to live waiting for any kind of discomfort, come here.
