If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their call center and online scheduling system is the worst. You call and are on hold for hours no one answers the phone nor return the website request. I received 4 emails confirming my requests and as of today nobody called me, it's been more than a month. Thia place new personel all around the clinic, more people in the call center, and for my own experience new management. My daughter was previously treated at children's mercy hospital in Kansas city, and Children's Vanderbilt in Nashville, but Nicklaus children service is far from them. Very disappointed about this place. Patients are definitely not a priority.

I’m very satisfied with the emergency service. They help me every time I take my little daughter for an emergency.

If I could give it less than 1 Star, I would. I arrived with my son at 9:50pm and the first thing a man, who APPEARS TO BE THE "DOCTOR", did was shout LET'S CLOSE. GENTLEMEN, IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB, DON'T WORK TAKING CARE OF CHILDREN. IT IS NOT A RESTAURANT, IF I ARRIVED WITH MY SON IT IS BECAUSE I WAS NOT WELL. SOMEONE SHOULD DO SOMETHING WITH THOSE PEOPLE. I HAD TO TAKE MY SON TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE AND TERRIBLE ATTITUDE OF THESE PEOPLE. THIS WAS ON JANUARY 21, 2024 AT 9:50PM.

Very bad service, there was a delay when we entered with my child burning with fever, the women dying of laughter and eating, I said hello, they did not respond. The doctor took a while and I told her what had happened and she told me beforehand that we are treating you because you come without an appointment and I told her that is not an answer. I mean that I am waiting with my baby who is sick with a fever and they are dying of laughter and she told me What I can do? How sad there is no longer service. They didn't send him medicine. If I could, I would give it a -0 rating. And those who receive patients with very bad character.

Denied service. Have a sign that reads “only one adult can accompany the patient into the center.” (Emphasis on the patient). We arrived with two patients and two adults. Requested they separate us and treat us as separate patients with one adult per patient to comply with their one adult per patient rule. Initially denied us several times and insisted only one parent can enter with both patients (two very sick little children). After waiting outside in the sun for 10 minutes we were told the rule is actually “one adult per family”, despite this not existing anywhere in writing and contradicting the rule they had on their sign. We left to a different urgent center.

This is an excellent place to take children to the dentist. The treatment and professionalism of all the employees is magnificent. The emergency for me is also exceptional, I have been bringing my daughters for more than 5 years and I can only thank them for the magnificent work What everyone who works there does.

No one answers phone... on phone for 15 minutes There response to my review is incorrect. I never went called or knew a Nicklaus Dental center existed. The Nicklaus Children's Doral Center is specifically the placed I called and noone answers. So please don't believe their response as to not acknowledge their lack of customer service or phone answering.

Returned to this place after 5 years! Drove over 2 hours to get here because with a child we special needs, we need special people and professionals who understand!! Positivity! Enthusiasm! It's so important! My boys gave the whole experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 happy kids! Happy mom!

For the emergency appointment at the dental office , we spent there 3 hours without being helped. I could not afford another maybe 3 hours of waiting with one year old, so we left.

Let me start my saying my son goes to therapy for speech and the two ladies that treat him are adorable , my biggest complaint is the parking , believe when I say you would loose your appt if you don’t get there 1 hour before just to find parking , This is a big company they should have more parking or at least valet , please improve your parking spaces

My appoitment was at 3 but they call me at 3:45 and the funny thing they say please be on time for your appt 🤣. I got earlier what about your guys to be on time. And please in Amazing place like this why they don’t fixing the phone calls i have to wait so long for talk to someone

its a kind of long story but i will try to write all steps. i have a daugter she is 7 years old now. like 2 years ago she fall when she was playing and her lips and front teeths were injured. this place was the closest and i just run to there. it was sunday and when they saw my kids with full of blood on her mounth, they said they were not able to take care and they said we need to go their hospital in Kendall. i drove to that hospital emergency. a doctor just came and only looked her mounth and teeth and she said there is nothing they can do. and she said teeth looks damaged and they have dental service in doral which that doral branch sent us to here. after they send me an invoice $750 for no traitment but just those doctors looks by eyes not even touch.. so we went to their dental service on monday. A "doctor" checked her teeth and he said two teeth on the front need to pull. he said we can come back for that operation after one week when my daughter feel better. after one week we were there , when we were waiting , my wife wanted me go and set up an appointment for herself which a closer clinick for her backpain. when i was there i saw that clinic has dental service as well. and i stepped in that dental place and explained the situation. the nurse in that place want me call my wife and bring the kid there without doing anythink. i called my wife. thanks God they were still waiting. she and my daughter came. doctor checked her teeths . and xray and after the controls he said there nothing to do. he said just leave like these . give her 2 couple weeks i teehts will be ok without any treatments. he said these are baby teehts, these teeths recover themselves he said. so no operation no pull my poor baby girls teeths. the teeths become normal as doctor said. after i asked another doctor about this and she said baby teeths is like that. they cover themself. never try to remove or something like that. you know what, last night my daugters second teeth fall by itself :) if these people pull out my daugters teeths with that opearation 2 years ago that means my baby girl would live without teeths last two years. she might feel embrassed when she smile or maybe her friends would make joke about her smile or teeths. so what i am trying to say; last night my girls teeth came out naturally i felt really emotionsal. and i remembered how these hospital made us stressfull. they woull remove my girls baby teeths without thinking a little girls feeling. best thing they can do just sending invoice after their zero treatment. i gave 1 star becouse it was the lowest but they dont even deserve it

My 2 year old needs serious dental work and her dr referred her here. I can't even make an appointment because no one picks up the phone. At one point doing my hour hold time someone picked up and put me right back on hold without saying a word. These are children they are supposedly working with and they just refuse to pick up the phone. What is the point? horrible!! Should be ashamed of yourself.

They were very patient with my 11 year old autistic daughter. Everyone were super nice and helpful.

I went there around 6:00 PM to find out if I could take my daughter for a service, they verified the order from the pediatrician and they said yes, they said that I could bring my baby until 7:30 PM today. When I arrived, before 7:00 PM, they said that they couldn’t do it.

My experience here has been always positive, helpful and the nursing staff are amazing !! Very professional, friendly and caring towards their patients. Thank you for everything that you do.

I love this dental office especially for children with special needs. They treat them very well and always accommodate. Although, since the pandemic I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone over the phone and its been 42 minutes... so far. I requested an appointment online and hopefully they will respond sooner that way. If not I would have to drive 35 minutes just to make an appointment, and hope they have something available. An update on this review: after just 43 minutes I got through with someone on the line. I was able to schedule the appointments that I needed. Thank you Nicklaus Children Doral dentistry it was worth the wait over the phone. These people are very professional and caring.

It wouldn’t allow me to leave no stars! Made an appointment and showed up 30 minutes early. They said sorry appointment didn’t register and I would have to wait my turn behind 30 people. I had the reservation and time confirmation. They didn’t care. I left and went straight to Baptist Outpatient. Never will return and will let others know. Live and Learn!

Serious overcharging here. The doctor glanced at my daughter’s bandage and said just let it fall off naturally, and then left. Then they billed us $450 for the visit although the doctor did absolutely nothing and the total time with the doctor was two minutes maximum. Go somewhere else.
