The burgers are always cooked perfect! It’s one of my favorite burger sports. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I asked the manager for a side of bbq sauce and she wanted to charge me. I think that’s a little ridiculous. But besides that this is a great burger spot! 🍔🥤🍟

What a great service!! This place has a screen that takes your order but the servers stills check on you to make sure you know the process. We got greeted as soon as we walk in. Food was delivered to our table fast and it was delicious as expected. After we were done another server pass by our table just to make sure we were good. Such a nice experience and food, every Burgerfi should be like this one. Best on in Doral for sure !!!

My go-to meal at this place is the Wagyu cheeseburger, paired with fries and a drink—all for a reasonable $17. I've also tried their double cheeseburger, which is quite tasty. Additionally, their milkshakes are delectable, especially the Oreo flavor.

First taste of the Cajun fries were great, and my vegefi burger was very tasty with the garlic aioli and onions I added. Price is a bit steep for what I got though. My drink was $3 and my veggie burger was $8.17

Was hungry and wanted to try a place. BurgerFi was delicious and affordable. The employees were amazing. Will be back soon.

Everything is delicious on the menu. I just wished they has a fruit salad, grilled chicken sandwiches, or Caesar salad for side dishes. Great location inside of City Place. I been here many times and the place is always clean and friendly customer service which is important for continuing coming back. There is something for everyone on the menu. Yes, I do plan on coming back here time and time again w other people I bring w me.

We are visiting from New Jersey and heard so many great reviews about burgerfi and decided to try it for ourselves. We read that the ceo was the burger to order but wanted to see if the cashier had any recommendations. Tyrone was the cashier and when asked for recommendations what he liked on the menu he immediately said he doesn’t want to talk about it and won’t answer that question. He was rude throughout the whole order experience. No smile would cut us off when talking to him etc. when we paid he stated we had press any button labeled as “other” in order to continue. Little did we know ‘other’ was referring to tip. Overall horrible customer service ruined the whole burger experience for me. The burgers were not even worth it. If I’m paying $12 for a burger I expect the customer service to be better especially if I’m forced to leave a hefty tip…. Never coming again nor will I ever recommend someone to try the burgers.

Went there Sunday, July 17th afternoon. I noticed a young gentlemen there working and remaining busy cleaning up. After I got my food, he came to us and make sure everything was fine. He was enthusiastic and sincere. Turned out his name is Daniel and he is still in high school. Wow!! In a time where customer service is seldom satisfactory, it was outstanding in all aspect from the cashier and Daniel's professionalism and hard work. Great job Daniel! Thank you sir! Doral's Burger Fi is lucky to have him. He advised that he'll be going to the military. With that mindset and focus, success is very near in his future. Wish you the very best young man!!

I love this place so much! Came in for a large fry after a long day of not eating and was met with the sweetest and friendliest worker. Diane was absolutely amazing, she’s friendly and such a great presence. The location is so nice as well. I’m an entrepreneur battling homelessness so every establishment that has amazing friendly staff is just such a plus in my day. I HIGHLY recommend. Food was phenomenal, service was fast, and there’s just nothing not to like!

Hands down the BEST burgers in town! The onion rings and fries are fantastic and the staff is the icing on the cake! They are beyond courteous and so incredibly accommodating! If friendliness is key then this place is an open door! Leslie has taken amazing care of us multiple times and Diane is an absolute gem!! The receipt was attached to the bag and it was exactly as I ordered. That was the only thing they got correct. Everything else was completely wrong! Drinks and extra sauce were missing. Fries and onion rings were soggy and dripping with grease. Ordered one burger as a junior but they made the bacon cheeseburger a junior instead. Used Uber eats so the missing drink was on them. Everything else was BurgerFi!

Place is really nice and they have a lot of seating inside and out. It could get busy but they handle it very well. The workers are really nice and they double check on you if you need anything else, they will bring it to your table. Their shakes are amazing. I always get the Oreo flavor and I also really like their chicken tenders. But, everything is really good too.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Diane and I must say that she provided outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, Diane greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, and was more than patient while a completed my order. The food was also exceptional.

I’m so glad I came to this location! The service and quality of food is amazing!!! Diane was incredibly helpful, attentive and quick. I’d come back here in a heart beat. The fries were extra fresh and crispy… exactly what I needed!

A•M•A•Z•I•N•G Absolutely delicious (and not overpriced at all), Came with some friends who have kids and it’s family friendly place. The service was great, everybody was awesome, Great attitude, super kind and friendly.

My kids and I went for the first time today and we loved it.. the food was great and the service was exceptional. I was with a 2 and 5 year old on my own and Leo saw me struggling a little and he came right over to help me out.. very nice and amazing service.. will definitely be back :)

I ordered a rodeo burger with no cheese, the receipt even says no cheese, the burger came smothered in cheese. Obviously nobody is paying attention to orders here. Makes you wonder what else they are cutting corners on and not paying attention to. Won't be ordering from here again.

It was really busy, but service was fast. Both double cheese burger and banana shake were out of this world. Loved the ambiance (great music choice). I will be back for sure😊

This place is legit! This is our first time in the Miami area and haven’t found many people with good customer service skills. BurgerFi gets a 10 on customer service. Friendly and attentive. The food was also really good. The burgers are filling and the fries are delicious. We definitely will tell others to patron BurgerFi. Great job team!

Very good place to eat burgers in Doral. The french fries were good but not too crisp. The hamburger was incredible, very good flavor in the meat and of the best quality. If you want to eat something above any other fast food, this is your place. Your order will be ready immediately. One hundred percent recommended!

Who doesn't enjoy a juicy burger? I have been to BurgerFi a few times, but this was my first time at this location. I love the variety of their menu, which includes more than burgers. I like the fact that they have a kids menu as well, and vegetarian options. And who can resist fresh cut fries? The customer service was good here and my food was fresh. Prices are moderate. I was happy with my food and the service I received.

There was a piece of plastic in my strawberry shake. I was almost done with my shake and I could have choked on this. Luckily it wasn’t my toddler drinking this because I would have had to rush her to the hospital for choking on it and it would have definitely been a lawsuit. How are the employees not more careful? I called the restaurant and supposedly Juan (the manager) was too busy to pick up the call. I was also interrogated over the phone as to why I needed to speak to the manager. What type of business and customer service is this?

For all those Vegetarian / Vegan like me VegeFi Berger + Fries is best. I never liked patties but this feels like home cooked. Very nicely made but pricey We order over phone and did take out well packed box as shown so you can carry it does-not become soggy.

Fries were cold and mediocre at best, Burger was extremely salty, almost to the point of not being edible. Like the seasoning shaker broke over it. Would not recommend or go back. Stick to five guys.

This location is my favorite the service is always impeccable! Diane is so sweet and attentive! So is the staff at the front and the gentleman with the beard, I didn’t get his name but they are so friendly and warm, plus the burgers are excellent I love bringing my mom here!
