I
had
a
bad
experience
today!!!
I
have
been
a
member
of
LA
fitness
for
3+
years,
even
during
the
pandemic
I
remained
a
loyal
member.
Today
I
went
to
signup
my
wife
but
before
doing
so
I
wanted
her
to
try
it
for
a
few
days
before
committing
to
an
ongoing
membership.
The
person
at
the
desk
was
extremely
rude
and
said
for
her
to
try
it
,
she
had
to
pay
20$
a
day
no
exceptions….
Even
after
his
response
I
gave
him
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
and
explained
once
again
that
as
a
long
standing
client
can
he
grant
me
a
courtesy
pass
for
my
wife,
because
she
wants
to
make
sure
she
can
commit
,
and
again
he
adamantly
said
no..
What
is
worse
aside
from
the
terrible
conditions
these
machines
are
in
,
plus
the
uncleanliness
of
the
place
,
whenever
I
go
to
this
location
I
see
people
just
walk
in
without
even
scanning
their
membership
cards,
I
am
pretty
sure
they
are
not
employees.
I
cancelled
my
membership
immediately!!!!!
I
am
sure
one
less
person
won’t
be
missed
but
if
this
is
the
trend
for
treating
loyal
clients
,
it
has
a
lot
to
say
about
management..
