This hotel is a choice for flying out of London Ontario International Airport as it only 6 minutes. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room unfortunately there was a lamp shade on desk lamp that had excessive mold on it, another floor lamp was rusty on base, bed corner mattress protector hanging off, strain on floor and wall near nightstand that looked like coffee!

Staff was nice, hotel room is nicely furnished and the pool is decently big and spacious the only downside about this hotel is that the location of it is faraway from downtown london but overall a great hotel!

Stayed here for a night pre booked the room. Once entering the room it had a bad odour. Felt like the room was cleaned nor the sheets. The rooms are really outdated they are charging almost 150 per room that’s really steep for this location. The Ac/ heat doesn’t work properly it was always on blowing cold air and never stopped. Save your money and spend that 150 somewhere worth it.

Ditto of the last review! Horrible customer service skills! Will never stay there again. Unfortunately due to a major snow storm I tried to cancel my room after the cut off that evening, or change the date, they were not flexible to work with me & charged my CC for a "no show" full amount. I am a Diamond Select BW member, I have stayed at this hotel 8 nights this year alone and that is how they treat their loyal returning customers! I will never be back, and they obviously don't see the bigger picture of the customer they have lost, or they simply just do not care!

We booked this hotel to attend the London air show. Room was very clean and we decided to stay one more day after seeing the clean environment. The front desk staff was very friendly and they got us the Best Western membership which has a big saving on booking for our extended stay. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay close to the London airport. Note, breakfast and parking were included.

Great stay! Plenty of parking with no damage to our car. Able to bring our dog inside the room. Very clean! Great breakfast! Even had gluten free bread! Highly recommend!

Came here for an exam in Western university. So just booked it for one night. Room was nice and spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. I removed one star cuz there was a dog barking for 2 hours at night in the room next to ours. I couldn’t sleep 😣. Which sucks the day before a major medical licensing exam. Although the reception handled things after and called the owners which had apparently left the dog alone, and the barking stopped after. But still I couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was good.

Be aware if you have any problem on one of this hotels best western won't do anything for you they will let the Hotel "customer service manager" to tell you they can no do anything for you clearly they have no regards for the customers they just want steal your money even when they are at fault, their policy is once you I got your money I don't care about you or the failure of their website, I started booked a room for one day, I looked for other options so I closed the website, then I received an email detailing the booking I started and it say continue your booking, it was already a day before of the date I needed the booking from, around 6:45 pm so I decided to finish the book following the instructions on the Email, it asked me to set up my credit card information and i finished the booking, I went to the hotel the next day the told me that I didn't have any reservation for that day and I was charged for the reservation I made the for the day before , I did the reservation the day before how can the reservation will be for the same day? I asked, the web site changed the dates when I followed the instructions on the email I received from them, I stayed that night with them as the best western corporation customer service told they will help me to resolve the issue, but they did not , they told me they were going to open a investigation, they did not, after calling many times and ask them to verify the issue, they said they already did it and they concluded it was my fault but they didn't investigate they just say you made the reservation and didn't showed up, you showed up next day and stay with us, so we charged for your error and for the night you decided to stay in our hotel.

Fantastic staff - really sweet and thoughtful! The hotel was extremely clean and felt very safe. Super convenient location, and there’s even a car rental place across the street! Also, I love that there’s an airport shuttle that comes minutes after you call with friendly drivers. Piper, in particular, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I really value that they have female shuttle drivers - nice work, Best Western! You don’t see that very often and it’s important!

Our stay here was great, got to say out of all the hotels I stayed in on our trip, this was the best. May not be high end rooms but they were large, clean and had everything one needs. The hotel staff were phenomenal in their service. They did everything they could to accommodate us and more. Pamela at the front desk helped us so much, she was beyond great, all the staff were! If you are ever in London, Ontario I would highly recommend this hotel. More hotels could learn from them.

Great breakfast. Close to the airport. Clean rooms. Even the exhaust fan grate in the bathroom was clean. The pool was nice. Salt water pool, some of the steel items in the pool area were showing signs of being close to a saltwater pool, but not badly enough to take away from the experience. Overall a great stay.

I had such a great experience with my family. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was well done, checking in and out was a breeze, and the entire hotel and room were very clean. Thank you so much for having us and I would definitely come back again!

It is very clean hotel, close to some shopping (about 1 km west of the hotel on Dundas street). Break fast was very decent with generous time allowance (6-10am); swimming pool too looked clean though we did not use it. The pool was adjacent to the fitness room (which we used). We visited Sunday-Tuesday so the pool and exercise room were not busy. Exercise room is small and with limited number of equipment, so it might be more busy on weekend/special holidays. Hotel staff were all very helpful. Guest room (we had 2 queen beds) was clean and spacious enough. I would strongly recommend.

Awesome place to stay. The hotel staff were cleaning at all hours of the day making it appear spotless. They helped my aunts boyfriend find us in the pool. They were always smiling and helpful. The four stars are because of the paper plates and forks served with breakfast. And our hotel room door closed obnoxiously slow.

Great location, easy to get in and out, and close to restaurants. Very easy to get to the 401 from this location. The rooms are very clean and well-appointed and the bathroom is very up to date.

Clean room, newer furniture. Couldn't get the fan to stop. Beds were comfortable. Still using small disposable shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was good, fresh, and a couple of options for gluten free. Staff were all polite, friendly and hospitable. I liked the location. Made it easy to get to London and highway. Pool was lovely. Great stay.

The friendly service of the staff was fantastic as they new the importance of us getting into our rooms because of the storm earlier on in the morning. Best room that I have stayed at in a very long time making the overnight stay even more memorable. Pool was a little small but enough for the kids to play in. Breakfast was more than expected and tasty. Overall giving this location a perfect 5 stars for being above and beyond what we had expected. Only downside would be that pets get charged more than I would have wanted to pay, but for them accommodating our dog we are very pleased. Thank you for a wonderful stay and would recommend this location to anyone needing to stay in the London area.

I've stayed here multiple times for ease of access to the airport when I fly. The suites are where I like to stay with the king size beds which are very comfortable. The hot breakfast that's served buffet style between 6-10am I think, is very tasty and filling. Where I DO have an issue is regarding the airport shuttle service...if your flight is before 0900, your out of luck....no shuttle service. Other hotels I've stayed at where this is an issue, they always provide a taxi for you...unfortunately, this hotel doesn't. Today, this posed a major issue for me when I had prebooked a taxi and they didn't show up when they were supposed to! It posed a larger problem when the lady at the taxi office told me she didn't know when I might get a cab to come for me!! After securing another taxi from a competitor I was informed, the drivers are less likely to take such a short run. I would have a better chance getting the cab further away from the airport, which I guess will be the plan from now on.

I stayed one night on Monday, October 31, 2022. I payed $159.??. I told the front desk when I booked the room. I had bad knees. I even called the weekend before and asked if I could check in earlier in the afternoon. I do not know a lot of people in London anymore. I was told, I would have to pay for an extra night. When I did book in. I was tired. They booked me at the far end of the Hotel. Room 222. The T.V. didn't work. I had to leave later that afternoon. With my walker I went back to the front desk. Let them know about the T.V. which was working when I returned later that evening. The next morning I went to the front desk to return my key around 10:20 am. Missed breakfast. Checkout is at 11 am. You would think that Breakfast would end at checkout time not an hour earlier.

Good value, courteous staff, and decent breakfast. I regret not changing rooms - I thought the insidious scent would dissipate but I was mistaken. The pervasive odour of the cleaning/air freshener in the halls also pervaded our room. Opening the window did nothing and the stench seemed to strengthen overnight surprisingly. Friends’ rooms did not have that insidious aroma. Room 2006. My fault for not requesting a new room, but I thought management should know. If you were covering the odour of something that bad, maybe air the room out a few days before offering it up.

Best place in town. Right near the airport and a Tim's. The bed was very comfortable. They are pillow top soft and had the best sleeps I've had in months. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. They had so much variety. Tea, coffee and OJ, fruit, yogurt, eggs and bacon, a waffle station, bagles and bread and french toast. You can't ask for more. They also upgraded my room because it was my birthday. Thanks for the stay and I'll be back. I always book here.

Good overall experience staying at this hotel. My family stayed at this hotel for my son's hockey tournament in London, Ontario. At first impression, I was a little hesitant about the hotel's curbside appearance and location of the hotel in proximity to the downtown amenities and hockey rinks. The hotel is a little dated on the outside appearance. The parking layout is a little unusual as well. That being said, there are a few parking spaces for EV's, so that's a nice feature.once inside the hotel, my impression quickly changed from hesitant to enjoyed. The front desk staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, the lobby was spacious and inviting. Our hockey team was able to book a common room where we prepared meals and socialize, this was a nice feature/ability. The breakfast bar was one of the best I've seen in a hotel...from eggs hash browns, sausages, and brown beans, to freshly made pancakes and waffles..this was a complete offering. There was something for everyone at this hotel breakfast . The rooms were not overly fancy, but they were clean, spacious enough for four people and had a mini fridge, Keurig maker with k cups and a small counter. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fairly recent and well kept. The cleaning staff checked by each day to see if our room needed freshening, which was a nice touch considering most hotels no longer offer this for short term stays. The pool and work out facility was clean and tidy. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with my stay at this Best Western location. It may be a little out of the way from downtown London, but it's a comfortable stay. If in the area again, I will stay there without hesitation.

I really enjoyed my stay here! People at the front desk were super nice and helpful. The free breakfast was amazing with so many choices…eggs, hash brown Pattie’s, bacon, make your own waffles with lots of toppings, pancakes, muffins, etc. they have an exercise room as well as a pool inside that was simply delightful! Excellent housekeeping and great staff…everyone always smiled and asked if you had everything you needed…made you feel welcome

We stayed here for one night while our car, which broke down on the 401, was being repaired across the road at London Airport Kia. I have a separate review of Airport Kia We had a standard, very clean and well maintained room with two comfortable beds. The included breakfast was better than we have typically seen in hotels of this class, as it included eggs, sausages, hash browns, french toast, pancakes, etc. I was very pleasantly surprised, and would stay here again.

We stayed from August 3 - 11. The pool was great. Our room was a bit dated (the carpet) but clean; staff were friendly; housekeeping was polite and really the only issue was the noise in the hallways. We have family in the area but stayed there so my toddler could get rest as she is a very light sleeper. We tried leaving the bathroom fan on but it turns off after about 30 minutes so we had to keep turning it on and had to leave the air conditioning fan on to try to drown out the noise but that did not work. The weekend of our stay there was a ball tournament. The hotel was busy and there were lots of kids from several different rooms in my hallway that were obviously associated as there was a lot of hollering from room to room, door banging until 11:00 and again very early in the mornings. On one night, there were 5 kids sitting on the floor in the hallway right outside our room door playing on electronics until almost 11:00. The hotel is pet friendly but noise in the hallway causes a lot of barking. Perhaps it would be best to place families with young ones on a different floor than dogs and older children.

We just stayed in this hotel for one night to break the hours of our driving. The rooms were very clean, and so was the bathrooms and common areas. Hot breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of food. I would recommend this hotel.

Our first stay in Canada in a long time. We make our reservations through Priceline in the US. Going into Canada, there are third party vendors involved, which this hotel had not encountered before, so we were the test subjects for them. Overall it was good. There was a boys tournament baseball team that made some noise but didn't keep us awake. Would definitely come back again.

My stay was OK. Functional only. The room I was in was supposed to be nice. A king bed, I paid $$193.23 for the night. The walls were covered in smudges and damage, the bedside lamp burnt out or broken, and there was no remote for the TV. The window from my room (331), wasn't anything to write home about (not a huge deal.) The ceiling lamp wasn't attached properly, its easier to see at night where the gap is really prominent on the one side. I feel like I got ripped off. I wouldn't care if that room was like $90 or something, but I paid almost $200. This was an experience, but it definitely wasn't the "Best." Edit: I went ahead and updated this review to a 1 Star because the comment about a manager getting in touch with me soon was straight up false. No call, not even an email. They know my address, had to give it to them to make an account and post this review. *Buzzer* Penalty. One Star Rating.

My car broke down outside London on my way back to Toronto, it happens to be a Kia, the dealership was right across the street so this was super convenient. The hotel staff were great through everything, very helpful and happy to help whenever needed. The room was clean, great size with 2 queen beds. Wish I had a bathing-suit with me because there’s also a lap pool and exercise room. Other amenities I saw were a laundry room which was very convenient, as I was on my way back from a trip with all dirty clothes. They also have complimentary breakfast with lots of options: cereal, pancakes, waffles, toast, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee etc. with a large dining area.

I was slightly nervous prior to arriving how the experience was going to be as I had called with some questions I had the day before and was told by the front desk clerk that she was too busy to take my call and would call me back... but never did. However, from the second we arrived the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our key was not working to enter our room and one of the cleaning staff let us into our room then returned minutes later with reprogrammed keys. Approximately 45 min after getting settled into our room, we had a call from the front desk asking us if there were any issues with the room. We were very happy with the room. It was clean and traveling with 2 younger kids they placed us on the main floor just feet away from the entrance to the pool. They had an onsite guest laundry where we were able to dry our wet clothing from the pool at a very reasonable price. The free hot breakfast in the morning was the icing on the cake.
