Beautiful yoga studio where yoga is practiced holistically and each other is taken into account. The holiday and holiday specials are a great addition. I love the Yin courses with Carina and always enjoy coming.

Super cozy studio, familiar and so far I have only had very nice yoga classes here. I'll always be happy to come back (and come out relaxed/well muddy)!

The Stress Relief Yoga did exactly what the name promised. Very nice studio with everything you need for yoga. There is free tea and there is a café at the front. Participation possible via USC

Vinyasa with pleasant sounds and tea. Personal and pleasant atmosphere. Not too crowded. Here you can feel comfortable.

My favorite yoga studio in Cologne! Super friendly employees, competent teachers, clean studio and a pleasant atmosphere and audience. For me it's a real oasis of well-being, I'll always come back! Sometimes the courses are quite full, so the room gets a bit tight. But thanks to the good coordination, I always find it relaxed and not too restless.

The yoga class itself is nice, but the room is a bit small and then it gets pretty tight. In addition, like many yoga studios, the studio is pretty white somehow. No real respect for Buddhism and stuff like that. Yes, it's often like that. You have to see if you like it.

Very warm atmosphere, nice studio and cozy café! The quality of the yoga teachers is really great and the program is very balanced. In particular, All About Basics with Katja always offers new learnings and it's exhausting :D I come here 1-2 times a week :)))

Ich bin über den Urban Sports Club auf das Studio aufmerksam geworden und habe wohl gleich einen Glückstreffer gelandet. Das Studio und das Cafe sind sehr schön gestaltet. Und ich wurde sehr herzlich von Jay Jay und ihrem Team empfangen. Also Yoga Neuling fühle ich mich dort sehr wohl und kann euch dieses Studio absolut ans Herz legen.

Sehr, sehr schönes Studio. Vorallem geprägt durch eine warmherzig Atmosphäre, man fühlt sich stets willkommen. Ich komme wirklich sehr gerne her. Auch fer vielfältige Kursplan ist toll. Für Jede*n was dabei- schön, dass es ein Ort für Yoga bleibt! Danke ♡

Neueröffnung mit neuer Inhaberin: total nettes, liebevoll gestaltetes Yogastudio! Bei Hitze bleibt es übrigens angenehm kühl da drinnen 😉 Der Café-Bereich im vorderen Teil ist richtig gemütlich und einladend geworden und sowohl der Kaffee als auch die Leckereien sind köstlich. Ein tolles Team bietet Yoga in verschiedenen Stilen an. Von mir fünf Sterne und fünf Herzchen!

Ich gehe sehr gerne ins Jay Jay und hier besonders gerne zu Fabian. Er ist ein sehr präziser, gut einfühlender und gewissenhafter Yogatrainer, der es versteht, die Stunden so aufzubauen, als ob sie persönlich auf mich abgestimmt wurden. Besser geht's nicht! Für Fabian 5 Punkte mit Sternchen noch als Zusatz!

Ich war jetzt fünf mal im Jay Jay Yogastudio trainieren und bin restlos begeistert. Unglaublich nettes Team und wirklich tolle Kurse. Man wird gefordert aber das in einer so kraft- und respektvollen Umgebung, dass man mit einem wahnsinnig guten Gefühl nach Hause geht. Vorallem die Yoga Stunden bei Katja sind etwas ganz ganz besonderes. Unbedingt probieren! Auch bei persönlichen Anliegen wird sofort geholfen. Vielen Dank für dieses Juwel in Ehrenfeld.

Unglaublich tolles Studio. Jay jay ist extrem herzerwärmend und gibt einem ein heimisches Gefühl. Dazu sind die Yoga-Kurse extrem professionell von Anfängerkurse bis Advanced ist alles dabei. Vor allem für Yogis die Ihre Fähigkeiten erweitern wollen - sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes Studio. Man wird herzlich empfangen und fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Yogastunde bei Fabian hat nach einem stressigen Arbeitstag sehr gut getan. Ich kann das Studio nur weiter empfehlen.

JayJay is a fantastic yoga teacher and I am so happy for her that she has opened her own studio. It is very inviting and cozy there, the atmosphere is friendly and familiar. The yoga classes are professional and I think the wide range of courses is great, there is something for everyone. In the yoga classes, attention is paid to each individual. The café invites you to relax with a tea before or after yoga. In short: an absolute recommendation from me! :)

I feel very comfortable in this studio! The owner JayJay is a very warm person and you are always welcomed in a very friendly and valued manner. I can recommend the studio!
