Hands down my favorite bakery in Erlangen. The staff are so sweet and friendly.. the baked goods is top notch. High quality ingredients, great recipes, delicious buns and breads, good coffee. Excellent cakes (the schokonuss cake is the best). This place is obviously run with love and passion..
