For a salon that must have desinfektion in a solution and hot air sterlization, they only have one type of desinfektion. That's 1. When we come to not sterile tools that can easily infect more people, fungus, hepatitis etc. Quantity over quality, nails don't have healthy architecture, they don't know where the stress zone is, where to put apex, low education about everything. Gel polish not perfectly put on, nail technician don't know the names for designs. So overall - uneducated nail tech. So one tip for all, when you go to salon, be sure to notice prices, when price is small, you know that something is wrong. Especially in Germany.

Completely obsessed with the service. My nails look flawless and for the first time ever somebody removing the cuticles as it should always be done 😍😍 I'm def coming back

This is the manicure I got for 50 euro! It took two people to finish it. Absolutely terrible!

Nice looking salon and most of people are doing okay. I was there many times before. But they should improve.. 1. Hygiene: I can see they care less and less over time. Brushes, shellac lamp (especially inside where hands are placed)... i feel they don't really make it clean. 2. Service quality: I am not really picky but I have to mention they do less and less for the cuticle trimm and all. Sometimes it even hurts. With tools with questionable hygiene and if it's even hurting.. with corona and all, I feel more hesitant to going back here. While prices goes up and extended service scope... they really should care more about customer experience for the basic services. I wouldn't go back as soon as I find alternative.

I did my eyelash here with Orkide. It was alright. The only complaint I have is that she kept complaining throughout my session about how curly my natural eyelashes were. I didn't like that.
