😠 I had an appointment on June 21, 2022 at 7:40 a.m., which I received via email after submitting all my personal information including my test results. No appointment was made over the phone. I didn't receive it until 1 month later. On the day of the appointment I was there even earlier, at 7:35 a.m.... People often mention clinic, appointment, time, months, phone, nicht, number, doctor, work,

I had an appointment on June 21, 2022 at 7:40 a.m., which I received via email after submitting all my personal information including my test results. No appointment was made over the phone. I didn't receive it until 1 month later. On the day of the appointment I was there even earlier, at 7:35 a.m. Since the system forces you to get a number before every examination, I first waited in the “outpatient clinic” to get a number. Later I was able to go to Medicine 1 where I had to fill out forms and wait another 2 hours. During this time I asked the nurse there if there was a problem as the people who came after me had already been examined and she said I was next. After almost 3 hours in the hospital I asked again about my examination and she said that the doctor refused to examine me because I was late!!! I said you know I wasn't late, I got here at 7:40 and had to wait to get the number because of your system. They didn't tell me I had to come early even though my appointment was at 7:40. Besides, you haven't told me anything since I've been here. If I had known she wouldn't examine me, I would have left. I work and couldn't go to work because of this appointment. It's almost 11 o'clock and you're saying it now. What should I say to my work? I don't even have a document saying I was there. In the end I had to wait 1 month for an appointment and an additional 3 hours early in the morning, even though I was already sick and wasn't even examined. It's not the first time that the German healthcare system has disappointed me, but I wouldn't expect that from a university hospital.

I have been an IBD patient in the outpatient Crohn's consultation for many years. Since I only got a late appointment in 6 months at the IBD consultation and the necessary timely issuance of a prescription without a personal introduction to Dr. Entcho Klenske was refused, my condition worsened so drastically that I ended up in the university clinic as an emergency and had to have a colectomy. To this day I still have extreme problems with the stoma not being properly created. This emergency operation was followed by 2 more emergency operations during my inpatient stay, as my complaints were not taken seriously during my inpatient stay.👎

Emergency medicine is absolutely the lowest level and medical help is sometimes refused.

(Translated by Google) Almost never reachable by phone. Appointments take several months. So long-term patient is stupid. Each time a different doctor is not nice because you have to tell your story again and again (Original) Telefonisch so gut wie nie erreichbar. Termine vergabe dauert mehrere Monate.

Completely disorganized, unfriendly, disastrous. Were 7 hours in this clinic in several emergency rooms, only unwillingness, pathetic end result.

I've been going to the Crohn's clinic for 1.5 years. Unfortunately it is very volatile. Reaching someone by phone is virtually impossible. Emails are processed very quickly. If you need a prescription before your actual appointment or need to reschedule, things are made incredibly complicated. Unfortunately, the doctors are only on the ward for a few weeks/months, which means that no one has experience in the field. At my last stay I was told that constipation was not a symptom of Crohn's disease and that things were going too well. The blockage has been proven to come from a constriction caused by inflammation. Please train the staff or have patients see an experienced doctor at least once a year. Despite regular visits, I feel helpless and alone.

The lady at reception was very nice and gave me a number that I could contact for an intolerance test. I've been trying to get someone on the phone for weeks now and surprisingly got a call back this morning. However, when the woman realized that she had dialed the wrong number, she simply said that it was the wrong number and said goodbye. Since I now knew that someone was finally available, I called back and wanted to make an appointment. But the woman reacted rudely and rudely and didn't even let me finish. Judging by the unanswered calls, she doesn't seem to work much and judging by the way she works, she doesn't like working with people, which is why I'd rather look for another job to do an intolerance test.

endocrinology It is sad that an appointment for a follow-up examination is not possible. Generally not on Tuesdays after 9.45 a.m. Generally not on Thursdays after 10:45 (I'm at work). NOTHING is free during the entire Easter holidays - no appointment. You have to come during the Pentecost holidays. See mail history 14.2. At 8:59 a.m. Med 1 university outpatient clinic. I'm only writing this because there is a quality management system at the university clinic and I've always gotten appointments so far.

(Translated by Google) Waiting time for initial admission 4 months, for further diagnostics another 4 months. Discussion of findings after 1 year, since the clinic canceled it 3 times. If you hope for help here, you hope in vain. Twice I drove 250km there unnecessarily, I was simply forgotten and sent back home. You can make a new appointment. The third time I called ahead and the appointment was canceled because the doctor was on vacation! Very competent doctors, but the organization is underground. As a public health insurance patient, you are a second-class person here, and that's exactly what you're told on the phone. Zero empathy, total indifference on the part of the UK. I don't believe in getting help here anymore. 1.5 years lost time and money. Very disappointing.

My mother had an admission from her HA today, she has been having diarrhea off and on for months and has been acute since Friday... the first statement in the clinic was "we don't have a bed" then it continued with excuses as to why they couldn't admit her . My sister accompanied everything, was then asked out of the treatment room, and shortly afterwards the infusion was turned off, which had only gone a quarter of the way through. My mother was informed that my sister had gone into town and her cell phone was off. This greatly unsettled my mother. She then had to walk from the emergency room to the exit alone, even though her AZ was more than reduced and she couldn't walk in from the car alone. Doctor's notes were no longer handed out. Incredible!!!! We're just mad... My sister then went to another clinic, where examinations are now underway and she is being admitted as an inpatient. It's okay... just never get it again... Complaint will be forwarded!!!!!!

(Translated by Google) For 4 months I have been trying to make an appointment for my seriously ill friend who is on dialysis. The university outpatient clinic (for statutory health insurance patients) can never be reached by phone and I was dismissed even on site. Her stomach and intestinal ailment was caused by artificial feeding during a stay in the clinic and now they refuse to explain it.

(Translated by Google) underground waiting times. Deadlines are not kept every time. In other words, appointments take place at the earliest 2 hours after the agreed time. Once ok, but it's always like that! Why do you make appointments if you can't keep them? Especially with such sensitive topics (child planning, gyn, etc.) a lot is demanded of the patients. Doctors are ok, if you're lucky they take their time. Staff generally rather so-so. (Original) Wartezeiten unterirdisch. Personal allgemein eher so lala.

Since my daughter has a psychological problem and it is not possible for her to be treated alone at the age of 18, we were not treated for acute ulcerative colitis because she did not go to the treatment room alone

Easily accessible and signposted to the examination room. Friendly, calm atmosphere, short waiting time of 10 minutes, detailed anamnesis and examination. I have rarely experienced anything like this before.

Unfortunately, the discharge management at this clinic failed across the board. My dad has advanced esophageal cancer, a stent was placed there and then he was sent home without testing whether normal food, which he hadn't known for two months, would work at all. Until he was released, he was only given broth. He was also not given a nutrition plan. Since he is almost unable to walk, I asked for a medical transport home, which the doctor refused. So I picked it up myself (280 km). He could hardly get to and from the car; it took us a good half an hour to get to the parking lot, even though I had parked illegally in the severely disabled parking lot directly in front of the clinic. The problems continue at home: although I and my dad filled out and handed in a protocol for seamless care (through the clinic and discharge management) at the clinic and the hospital's social services were supposedly involved, they were not able to determine a level of care for me Let dad decide. This means we pay and I currently do everything myself. He can hardly move, you have to bring him everything, the nursing service comes to shower, etc. But without a care level he currently can't go to a nursing home. And so he's completely on his own when I'm not there, which is irresponsible. Of course, I have now initiated this myself, but unfortunately it seems to be a while before the medical service has time. What makes matters worse is that my dad doesn't have a family doctor, which the clinic was also aware of. I should also mention the recipe that was given to my dad when he was discharged: protein drinks that cannot be bought or ordered in this size or flavor in any pharmacy (only for hospitals) and tablets for water retention that are not available at all don't help..... Thanks for nothing!
