I
stayed
in
the
hotel
for
32
days.
The
hotel
cleaning
services
are
horrible.
Just
a
look
under
the
bed,
you
will
see
the
accumulation
of
dust
that
is
what
we
breathe
during
our
rest.
I
have
found
several
times
my
room’s
door
unlocked
when
I
returned
,
so
the
risk
is
high
to
get
robbed.
Few
times
I
found
my
room
not
tidied
up
.
The
restaurant
services
are
ok
and
the
staff
is
really
nice
and
friendly
even
they
do
not
all
speak
English.
It
happen
to
me
twice
the
fire
alarm
to
ring
in
the
middle
of
the
night
and
it
was
a
false
alarm
or
a
customer
smoke
in
its
room.
After
22:00
there
is
no
staff
to
attend
the
hotel
so
when
the
fire
alarm
rang
the
boss
of
the
hotel
who
does
not
speak
English
arrived
one
hour
later
to
shut
down
and
to
speak
with
the
firemen
who
arrived
immediately
in
the
hotel
(5
fire
station
vehicle
arrive
one
Saturday
night01:39).
My
family
came
for
2
week
ends,
I
have
addressed
to
the
hotel
staff
but
nobody
informed
me
for
the
extra
charges
.
Only
in
the
check
out
I
was
informed
their
existence.
I
consider
unfair
not
to
know
the
price
since
the
beginning
in
order
to
evaluate
if
it
is
convenient
for
my
pocket
.
Once
the
cleaned
my
clothes
for
free
of
charge!
Positive
points
:
car
parking,
cot,
super
nice
and
polite
employees
,
decent
breakfast
and
tasteful
cuisine!
