The building had a very nostalgic feel, it felt like a blast from the past which I really enjoyed. However, there isn't really much to do. A lot of stores are out of business and the food court is desolate. I hope this mall is able to eventually recover to it's former glory as there were signs for new stores. I gave 4 stars because I believe every mall is worth a visit, and if it's not worth visiting it won't stop dying.

Most stores are closed as well as the food court. Poor maintenance. Larger stores that open from the parking area do not open their mall entances until 11:00 a.m. It appears that security and safety may be an issue. So sad. It was once a wonderful place to shop.

It's a nice mall. Miss some of the old stores and wish the food court had more options. Every store we went in the staff was friendly and helpful. The center by Annie Ann's Pretzels with the chairs is pretty if you look up but the carpet and seats really need a good cleaning. Outside entrance was clean as well.

Not nearly as many stores opened, seems as if many have changed locations and not just closed. I was very disappointed that there is no longer a food court. I didn’t take any pictures because there was not much to see compared to years ago.

Clean as usual, but, as most malls, this one seems to be slowly dwindling in store space occupancy. We enjoy the big stores here like JCP, Belk, Dillard's, Burlington, etc. Sad to see places like this decline. In my day, one of the best places to see your friends and neighbors, especially on the weekends.

Not much traffic exist in the mall anymore, the food court is non-existent; thankful Auntie Anne's still exist (😃)...burlington has moved out to its on location on Ross Clark Circle...but drop in and enjoy a mall stroll and all the existing stores...keep the business coming; what would we do without the mall!

This mall feels kind of weird. It has the store vacancy of a dead mall but it gets pretty busy. We wanted to get some food at the food court, older photos showed there used to be many restaurants but there is only one now. Overall mall staff is friendly and stores are easy to find.

I remember when it opened. It was fantastic. It is aging poorly and the installation of the carpet squares before the lease line in main walk area was nuts. The place smells bad because the cleaning crew doesn't get all the cleaner up and it has mildew under the carpet. Entering the anchor stores from the street is better for your health. Too many vacant store fronts and no real food court lens to the rating.

For being a mall, they have a lot of empty spaces, and the food court is closed. I do like the major stores like JCPenney's, Belk, Joanne's... also some cool smaller chain stores like journeys, baths, and bodywork's.

This mall is very empty but my step daughter came home for college and grabbed a seasonal job right away for that alone is proof jobs are out here. The mall itself is boring so many stores are gone and I frankly prefer to shop online then waste my time in the mall. Some stores feel overwhelming (thrift shop vibes) like rainbow shops nothing against thrift store but I would mentally prepare for that sort through which is why I donate and not shop there no fun in preparing your mind to sort through cluttered discount clothes which again is why I prefer online and won't step foot back in the mall in this store. I have lived in lots of states and this is the first time I have no desire to visit the mall. Food court is empty and frankly I don't see any upside to the new manager being there. I also don't agree with the answer to the mall being wrestling. Malls and wrestling shouldn't be in the same sentence. I don't know one person who watches that or who would go to a mall to see a fake fighting show. I'm fully aware of fans but not coming to a mall this isn't being traffic to stores. The mall manager should have been preparing for the Holiday season with other events. Maybe because I naturally do events I won't understand but from what I see I don't see the crowds. The mall manager is you need assistance please ask because what you're trying isn't proving to bring crowds back to the mall also if you don't have an African American helping you unfortunately you aren't catering to everyone locally diversity is important and frankly African American not coming out to see wrestling in the malls. It really was embarrassing to hear the new mall manager plan on the news and when he said wrestling I walked away from the TV I'm sure many others did as well.

Shopped Burlington and Victoria’s Secret (which always has a great selection and plenty of service). Sad that so many businesses have moved out of the mall. I still like to shop there.

This mall is like many others across the country: run down since the rise of Amazon and other stores that offer fast, low-cost shipping. The mall is mainly comprised of barber shops. They have a couple well known stores like Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, and Aeropostale. They have a cute little Carousel for kiddos who might be fussy/bored after being dragged to stores. Overall, it’s a slightly below average mall, but that’s not entirely it’s fault.

Food court has no food. The ac must be malfunctioning bc it’s always hot as holy hell in a hand basket in there, some stores more than others. Hallway stinks. Bathrooms are gross. Selection of stores is terrible. It’s quite the sad excuse for a mall in such a populated city. I drove almost 2 hours from Panama City to take my son school shopping and it was a wasted trip.

It's such a sad disgrace to see the shape the mall is in now, there's hardly any places left in the food court to eat. The roof is leaking in several places, and it seems like the air conditioner is broken. I can remember when that mall used to be packed with people. Poor ownership has ruined the mall.

Clean, but almost like a ghost mall. Stores that are there have SALES like crazy! Very much enjoyed shopping at Belks.

We to the mall today. It was mid 80s and walking almost gave me a heat stroke. Thought I was having a heart attack. The food court is totally closed. Half the stores are closed. The other half must be cooling the mall. The stores are too hot to shop at for heat intolerance customers. Long gone are the days of people walking the mall. I really wish they would turn down the air and fill up the food court and have special events like they used too. I loved the mall. It’s like losing a close family member seeing it go down like this. It needs a strong manager who can make deals with retailers to get them back. It must happen before Christmas or it’s game over.
