Great atmosphere, food was great. I got the vegetarian fajitas(never had red tomatoes so good!) He got The Texas, steak was too tough to cut, shrimp and chicken…perfect! Homemade Guacamole 🤯best ever, salsa verde actually made the best I ever had. Our waiter Amauri was very knowledgeable and had good customer service. Bartender, mark…not so much, we paid for our drink while waiting for our table, then before we left, he approached our table and made out as if we tried to skip on paying , mind you WE PAID BEFORE WE LEFT BAR TO BE SEATED! Totally rude to us and out of line. Spoke to manager and got all sorted out. Bill had been paid LIKE WE STATED. All and all one bad apple can’t overcast. Will definitely go again!

The meal was super great Was worth the price Reasonable price Lots of options to choose from Service was slow and was not ask if the bill was together or separate. But over all Totally will return and order out next time.

It was very good. They have the good chips and good salsa. They are the thin crispy fresh warm chips that I love. The chicken quesadilla was pretty good they used some kind of softer cheese then the mozzarella I’m used to. The flavor of the chicken was good I just prefer mozzarella in my chicken quesadillas although it may be very authentic the way it came. If you prefer the softer variety of white cheese that is sometimes used in a quesadilla then you will like it. But if you prefer mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese in your quesadilla than you may not prefer this option. Next time I’m going to try a chicken enchilada. My dining companion really liked his huge burrito. I very much enjoyed the Mexican rice it was delicious and had corn kernels in it. If you don’t like corn or you can’t eat corn then you should probably not order the rice. We had very good service. If you like sodas are you gonna pay $2.99 for one at this place. $2.49 is my limit for a Carbonated beverage at a restaurant so I opted for a water instead.

Nelson was wonderful to have as our server. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and explained the menu well enough so I could make decisions on what to order. The food was very tasteful. We enjoyed our dining experience.

We stopped in for a family lunch while traveling and enjoyed our meal. Fajitas and combination meals all were delicious and came out quick. Staff was excellent and we enjoyed the visit and would recommend to others as well!

We had a great time here. The place was a little crowded but we sat on the patio. The service was fast and our order came out just the way we ordered it. I had the La Parrilla Pina Colada, And Steak Fajitas. My family had the Enchiladas, and Burritos. The food was Hot and Tasty. The price was a little high on some things , but worth it . We had such a great time that we will definitely be back again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that I didn't see that the gratuity was already added to our ticket and I tipped on top of that not knowing, so the server got more than 30 %tip. Instead of the 18 or 20 that I would normally do. If the waiter had gone beyond his job I would have tipped 25%. But this should have been left up to me to do. Not to be added on like it was normal. So check your bill before you pay.

I was able to eat Gluten Free here with no probpems. I ordered the Fajita Rice Bowls Texas style and it was really good. My husband got a hamburger and it was really ground beef not a frozen patty. We will go back. Staff was friendly, service was good and the restaurant was clean.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in the Dothan area. Expanded menu with a variety of dishes to satisfy anyone's taste. I've eaten many different delicious meals here and whatever you chose you won't be disappointed. Excellent margaritas, Classic drinks and nice selection of imported beers along with a variety of wines.

The Chicken Fajitas are INCREDIBLE!! The Fajitas come with Rice, Refried Beans, and all the fixings like Guacamole, Vegetables, & Sour Cream, served with your choice of Flour or Corn Tortillas. Order it..you won't be disappointed!!

I live in Ga, so I had a family member pick up my order while they was in Alabama. I am 45 minutes away from the restaurant. I ordered Steak Fajitas. When I received my Steak Fajitas order there was no Flour Tortillas. I was very disappointed due to I was looking forward to eating my Steak fajitas with the flour tortillas. I did not enjoy my food. It was not the same.

BEST Mexican restaurant in the area by far! Super friendly service and fresh, delicious food. This is our go-to for a good meal and when we have visitors from out of town.

Came in to a wait. That's fine, understandable. The restaurant wasn't full or extremely busy. 20 minute wait or sit at the bar. We sit at the bar and in the 20 mins we were there I got a margaritas and my husband didn't even get a drink. He ordered a lemonade. No silverware, no menu, nothing. We drive from Panama City just to eat here regularly. This will be the last trip we make just to eat somewhere we can't even get a drink. Super disappointed.

Surprisingly busy for 230 in the afternoon, had a little over a hour wait for a table for 8. Once seated it was great service with tortillas a plenty for the whole table. The salsa was good, seating was a bit tight which was remedied after a few minutes by adding a table. Not a fan of gratuity automatically being added into the bill though. Food was spot on good.

The food and service is always good. Went by for a late dinner after a long day of Christmas shopping. Ran into a good friend and his wife and had a good time catching up on past times. I'll eat here and recommend it as often as possible.

Best carne asada of my life. Service was great. Lots of TVs And everything was tasty. Not the cheapest meal but so worth it.

12/19/2023 Updated: Stopped in this evening for carry out, sadly the experience was not even close to my first review. Inconsistent comes to mind. The rice was super salty, dried bits of veggies, lots of mushy rice chunks. Got the Steak street tacos (3) requested no sauce but that I needed lime pieces instead, I won't eat them without lime. Get home NO limes, not okay. Try to make the best of it and eat it anyway, the steak was soft but had no seasoning whatsoever, gross..the ground beef tacos tonight were also just not good, not even close to what we got last time. My husband couldn't even get through eating one. Bar staff could have been much friendlier. Disappointed for 55.00 in carry out+ tip. Food was packaged well. Original I can't speak for dine in service just yet but I can on a delivery order. Absolutely delicious meal, everything looked great, smelled great. Packaged well for delivery. We ordered the burrito meals with flank steak and another with ground beef in it with the cheese sauce. Rice had plenty of flavor and was cooked just right, steak and beef were both also seasoned nicely. Nice size portions. Kids taco meal was very good. Definitely not disappointed and looking forward to dining in soon as we are new the area.

We got there under the hour before closing. We expected to get mean glares for doing so. The manager greeted us with high energy. Our server was very sweet. Our food was very good. My margarita was pretty good too. The place has nice decor. We will try to go back once more before we leave.

Sr. Carranza was our server. He is a kind soul who treated us most cordially. He has our greatest respect. If all servers were as personable and efficient as he, they would all receive a 25% gratuity. La Parilla has great food! There are wonderful vegetarian options as well as steak, shrimp & more. Fantastic desserts include the super flavorful fried ice cream.

We got there not realizing it was almost closing time. They let us in, took our order, and made us some really good food. The place is nice. The staff rocks. And is motorcycle friendly. It was a good time. We will be back. A lot earlier, too.

Everything was great including service and food, But I paid $10 for a drink and I didn't get a single buzz. I'm not sure how much alcoholic put in it. But it honestly seem like none.

Great place for good food and the best guacamole ever!!! My family enjoyed their dinner with no complaints. Recommended.
