Love this Walmart in Dothan, Alabama. The supervisor greeting at the door was priceless. This place is renovated, and I like how it's set up with the grab and go. Drinks, chips, and small snacks you think you want traveling or on that short break. Shout out to that nice lady covering that shift with her thermos full of coffee ☕️ 👌

Disappointed, my husband and I were just here and when leaving we were told the entrance we came in was locked (it was close to store closing time). We were asked to go to the other exit. That wouldn’t be a problem except for the fact that it’s absolutely flooding outside. My husband and I are capable of walking in the rain and making it to our car safely, but what about elderly or disabled people? Just something to think about…..

Poorly managed. Dirty floors, top stock not moved down to fill empty spaces on shelves. Order fillers refuse to help locate items. Becoming a miserable place to shop.

The young lady that brought my groceries to the car was throwing them in the trunk. I can hear the items hitting the trunk. When I got home to take the groceries out a lot of the items were not in bags from her throwing them. This is why I always pick up at the neighborhood market they are much nicer and more careful with your groceries.

I’m not really sure how to review Walmart will it change Its al ways overly crowded with associates who never know anything you ask and always seem to be on there phone or in conversations with other co workers maybe they could get some tips from Publix on customer service but I doubt If reviewers will make a difference Walmart’s are out of control

This is a nice Walmart. It's usually not very busy.

The store was clean, and the associate in the TV department was polite and helpful. However, as I walked through the store, I noticed a number of associates on their phones talking to friends. One lady was on the phone the entire time I was in the store. This indicates to me they are not interested in helping the customer but are more interested in getting paid for their time on the phone. Poor management.

My checkout experience was awful today. Two registers were open. The one I chose was naturally the slowest. Rhonda was the cashier. It took 20 mins for her to checkout three guests. She had to turn over every item and look at it before she scanned it. Unbelievable. I went to that register after the self checkout froze up, on principle. Wow!
