We got a large supreme pan pizza and cheese sticks. Best cheese sticks I've had in a really long time. The pizza was pretty good itself.

The cheese sticks were delicious the pizza had to much sauce but still good 😋.

We got the family together hoping to rekindle a family memory of having a pitcher of beer while waiting for our pizza. I was hoping to enjoy a great salad bar on brightly covered tables covered with the traditional red and white checked cloths. All while smelling our delicious pizza bake! Sorry to say that didn't happen. There is no beer No Salad Bar No traditional table cloths... The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and the pizza was hot and delicious! But the empty remnants of the salad bar that is no longer available was a sad reminder of a bygone era. We had a large group of us, so we sat all the way up front. This area seemed to be forgotten and used as a storage area for discarded equipment. The tables and booths were sticky and unkept. The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush as the handle was inoperable. We all enjoyed our dinner as a family in spite of the disappointments, and again, we loved the pizza!!!. But we really miss the experience of the Old Pizza Hut we all remembered.

I placed a large order. A total of 13 items totaling approximately $150. Upon entering Pizza Hut I was given the side eye by a white grey headed, older male employee by the name of Timothy. (I’m assuming due to the fact that I had biracial children with me). He finished his conversation with a co worker and then walked away before coming back to ask what I wanted. I advised I was there to pick up carry out order. He told me to move to the counter to check the items. Upon checking, it was discovered 2 pizzas were missing. I placed them in the car and advised him that it was a hand tossed beef and cheese. He told me he needed them brought back in. I brought them back and he got verbally aggressive raising his voice and said you didn’t have to bring them back, show me the receipt. He then walked over and muttered “how people always want s—- for free.” And then repeated my order incorrectly, once again, as a beef and a pepperoni . I said if you would’ve gotten the order right the first time, I wouldn’t be standing here. Again advising it was a cheese and a beef hand tossed pizzas. He then told me to leave and he would bring my food out. I told him no I would be waiting and then became physically and verbally more aggressive. I will be reporting this incident to the corporate office as his aggressive, disrespectful and nasty attitude should never be tolerated but a business serving customers. He should in no way shape or manner be in customer service. His racist acting, condescending tone having. aggressive manner should not be tolerated. And if he didn’t want to do the job why did he apply. You need to work with people of all backgrounds. A straight disgrace to gods green earth. He’s not worth the trees that provide him fresh oxygen. He should have the day he deserves everyday. Do not go to this restaurant under any circumstances.

If I could give zero stars I would. My order is always wrong. And the staff never answer or if they do answer the phone they never come back to it. I order pepperoni and Sausage with ½ mushroom. I don't know what this is. Horrible service HERE. BETTER OFF GOING TO North SIDE.

Pizza was made with care and love. The veggies and crust were perfect. Hasn't always been like this. Whatever change Pizza Hut has made in the last few months please stay with it.

It tastes like 1997 pizza hut. I can not describe how good this pizza is. I get this pizza every time we drive up from Florida....our pizza huts down there are Garbage. I have no idea how the rating is so low on Google. Amazing pizza...i own a pizza shop, I would be concerned if this opened up near me. I have one slice left from my large pan....i want to eat it....but I can't. Perfect pizza hut.

Got one of the box deals for two medium one topping pizzas with Alfredo and cheese sticks on 9/29/23. I could tell they were busy but I've been going to this location since I was like 7 years old, 24 years ago so I didn't mind the wait. Very happy with our order, if you're ordering on a busy night, I recommend ordering well in advance. 5/5

We haven't been to this Pizza Hut in a long time, but last night we ordered a carry out because the other guy's website wasn't working. The pizza was really, really good. The service was amazingly friendly, and the order was correct. We're still talking about it this morning. Maybe they're under new management or something. A pleasant surprise given the abysmal condition of today's restaurant industry.

We tried the Melts. We ordered Chicken Bacon Parmesan and Meat Lovers. The crust was very hard. The filling was good. I don't think we'll try these again. The service great as usual. I picked up my order so I don't know about the atmosphere.

Waited almost 2 hours for my order, after I was told it would be about 20-25 minutes. I sat and watched other customers come in and get their food without any issues, meanwhile the customers that were there prior to were overlooked. Apparently our food was burned in the oven and they had to remake it, AFTER they finished the other orders. I appreciate remaking my food and I understand being busy, but none of this was initially communicated to me. I only got this information after asking of my order status 5 times. And when I finally got my food and returned home, my pizza and wings were cold.

Pizza Hut melt is a joke! Overcooked and under stuffed. It was very hard and brittle, not crunchy.

Ross Clark Circle No fountain drinks, no FREE refills. No salad, no buffet. So disappointed. Montgomery Hwy location had sign Dining room open, door was locked, only thing opened drive thru. So disappointed in our Pizza Huts. If you are craving Pizza Hut drive 1 hour to Bonifay, they have salad bar open and they have lunch buffet M-F. Hopefully Dothan will get it together before they go out of business.

Pizza hut there in Dothan was a great place for me and my friends to actually come inside to eat. I called in an order, customer service was very nice, as we arrived to pick out food up, I asked if we could come eat inside and they were extremely nice to me and welcomed us all in. We got great customer service, and out food was so yummy.

If I am urgency for convenience pizza hut is my first choice. This might they were it of pan crust and onions. I wanted a super Supreme on Pan. I was disappointed but what I did order was good.

Okay guys. The pandemic is over. No dishes, just the boxes the food comes in. No fountain drinks, only bottles, so no refills either. I came for a dine in experience because usually Pizza Hut just tastes better fresh, ya know? Nope. Boxed up. Should’ve went somewhere else.

So glad Pizza Hut has returned to their original deep pan buttery crust they were famous for. Best tasting pizza dough in town. Don't know who was in the kitchen at the Ross Clark Circle store, but they need to keep them.

This old, full service, 70's building design place is now basically a take out and delivery pizza stand. No pasta bar, no salad bar.

Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks. The pizza wasn't cooked to my specifications. My breadsticks where cold and the delivery man forgot to bring my second pie so he had to return to the store. My pizza was luke warm by the time he picked the other one up and came back. Highly disappointing.

I was picking up a doordash for a customer and this is what I saw black mold everywhere disgusting how they're still open I will never understand plus their customer service is not good. And they take too long to make anything. Why would you want to eat here. Save your money and your time and just cook a pizza at home

It was horrible. Did half Supreme and half meat lovers. All they did was put raw onions and bell peppers on half. The worst pizza I have ever tasted. No wonder they have no business! Are they purposely trying to go out of business!

The service at the location has gone so far downhill that after my visit yesterday I will not bother wasting more money. Food was cold and that was after I was told it wasn't ready and left to sit for 30 mins in the lobby. To get my food I had to go to the kitchen window where they stage the food and ask a cook to see what the issue was.

I was very disappointed. Love pizza hut normally. However, I was visiting a near by town and had a room. I ordered online and was told my food would be ready by 5:20. I always give some extra time . I got there placed my name. My pizza had not even started cooking yet. So, think, hey it'll be ready soon and it will be worth it. Got my pizza 45 minutes later.I drive back to the room in the rain after waiting 45 minutes past the time they gave me. Opened the box to a cheese pizza. Nothing more just a cheese pizza. I called to talk to the manager to get some credit or a new pizza, or just an apology. I waiting on hold for 4 mins until they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back the guy put me back on hold. P. S. Im still on hold minutes later

Did not receive my 3 Diet Pepsi. Called 5 times. Three of those times I pressed 1 to talk to someone and ended up being disconnected. Two times tried speaking with the Pizza Hut where they made my pizza. First time the female wouldn’t let me finish my sentence and put me on hold which I was then disconnected. The second time I spoke with a male and told him no one was answering the phone when I pressed one. I asked if he could hep. He said he would then took my phone number and placed me on hold which ended up disconnecting me. No 3 Diet Pepsi, no money refunded. Now they r closed! Not happy!
