I
recently
got
married
at
Foxhall
on
March
11th
and
left
feeling
very
disappointed.
After
signing
our
contract
with
the
venue
our
point
of
contact
changed
5
times
over
about
a
6
month
span.
Each
time
our
contact
changed
we
were
given
no
notice,
no
one
reached
out,
and
I
was
left
to
figure
this
out
myself
after
multiple
calls
and
emails
that
had
received
no
response.
After
finally
getting
in
touch
with
someone
and
learning
I
now
have
a
new
point
of
contact
for
coordinating
I
had
to
initiate
a
call
with
the
new
contact
to
get
on
the
same
page
and
play
catch
up
on
alllll
the
details
I
had
confirmed
with
the
previous
coordinator.
Each
new
contact
had
a
random
bundle
of
notes
related
to
my
wedding,
it
was
never
complete
with
all
the
details
so
I
was
constantly
re-
living
the
same
conversation.
The
wedding
contract
and
food
contracts
were
inconsistent
with
each
new
contact
we
had,
so
I
was
constantly
having
to
audit
their
work.
The
room
block
my
family
reserved
to
stay
on
property
had
countless
errors-
family
members
were
not
included
in
the
block
when
they
should
have
been,
members
were
booked
for
the
wrong
weekend,
people
were
calling
to
book
a
room
and
told
there
were
no
rooms
left
in
our
block,
which
was
not
true.
We
used
Foxhall
for
all
of
our
food
(rehearsal
dinner
and
wedding
reception)
and
the
food
at
the
rehearsal
was
cold,
the
food
at
the
wedding
reception
was
actually
good,
but
they
did
not
have
enough
for
all
of
our
guests
so
a
whole
table
did
not
get
an
entree.
The
full
bar
that
we
paid
for
had
bartenders
who
did
not
speak
English
and
could
not
make
a
basic
cocktail
(margarita,
Moscow
mule,
old
fashioned).
Keep
in
mind,
I
did
call
the
Foxhall
director
in
advance
and
ask
she
ensure
our
signature
drinks
had
been
communicated
to
the
bartenders
to
ensure
they
were
prepared…
the
bartenders
had
no
idea
what
they
were
doing
and
our
guests
were
having
to
explain
how
to
make
their
drink.
And
finally,
the
weekend
of
our
wedding
(after
multiple
calls
with
the
director
expressing
my
concerns)
my
family
and
I
arrived
to
the
resort
ready
to
check
in
at
4
pm
(the
check
in
time
stated
on
our
room
contract)
and
over
half
the
rooms
were
not
ready
on
time,
including
mine
-
the
bride.
I
had
to
get
ready
in
a
friends
room
for
my
rehearsal
dinner
because
the
Foxhall
staff
were
over
an
hour
late
to
preparing
our
rooms.
To
summarize-
communication
is
poor,
they
are
extremely
unorganized,
Foxhall
causes
more
stress,
and
was
a
terrible
experience
for
me.
I
do
not
recommend.
