4/5 Living life p. 9 months ago on Google
On
Sept.
4th
around
5:30
pm
we
were
served
by
Victor
R.
There
were
Six
Adults
some
of
which
were
over
six
feet
so
sitting
in
the
booth
was
out
of
the
question...we
had
to
beg
them
for
a
larger
table
as
it
was
impossible
for
us
to
sit
together
in
a
booth.
Then,
they
tried
to
put
us
on
a
four
seater
which
made
no
sense.
Finally
we
demanded
the
round
table
in
the
corner...they
reluctantly
agreed.
The
restaurant
was
not
that
busy
as
there
were
many
empty
tables/booths...our
server
Victor
was
so
abrupt
and
fast
paced
in
which
we
had
no
time
to
look
over
the
drink
menu
nor
even
allowed
to
focus
on
our
choices.
He
seem
upset
and
very
anxious
so
we
told
him
we
wish
to
order
drinks
first.
Well,
he
then
more
or
less
demanded
we
know
what
our
main
meals
would
be...we
all
looked
at
each
other
and
thought
...wow...he
seem
impatient.
We
ordered
starters
as
well
as
our
entrees
all
of
which
arrived
around
the
same
time.
He
was
so
so
pushy
on
us
finishing
and
leaving
where
some
of
us
he
grabbed
the
plates
when
we
were
not
even
finished.
Way
too
much
for
us
to
handle,
however,
we
simply
ignored
his
behavior
and
focus
on
our
Group.
The
food
was
very
good
but
I
strongly
suggest
those
of
us
whom
are
concerned
with
sodium
to
request
lite
on
the
salt.
Chocolate
cake
was
superb.
He
obviously
pushed
the
checks
on
us
so
we
decided
to
pay
and
move
on...during
this
time
there
were
many
empty
tables
so
it
could
not
have
been
due
to
waiting
customers.
Having
family
in
the
business
we
understand
service
but
this
was
very
strange
and
some
of
Guests
reflected
this
in
their
tips..not
me
since
I
realize
it
is
shared
among
the
other
staff
members.
With
the
economy
rapidly
changing
and
next
year
will
be
a
significant
change
as
I
deal
with
the
finance
world,
I
would
strongly
suggest
Staff
be
more
inviting
but
time
will
show
the
numbers
and
revenue.
Also,
Omaha
has
a
tremendous
number
of
quality
restaurants
so
options
are
available.
We
will
not
be
going
back
there
and
will
try
some
other
options.
I
understand
that
this
location
will
be
closing
and
moving
to
the
Boys
Town
area
location
so
maybe
a
new
location
might
be
chance
to
see
if
we
can
have
other
Server
options.
Let
us
hope
Victor
had
a
bad
day
but
those
bad
days
can
hurt
the
revenue
especially
with
an
upcoming
slowing
economy.
