This place lacks care and follow through and the patients suffer because of it. My wife recently had some work done at the Topsy branch and was told that her prescription was sent to the pharmacy we requested and not to wait because the doctor did not want the pain to kick in before her local had worn off. We drove to our pharmacy 30 minutes away to pick up her medication only to find the paharmacy had not received the prescription yet. After dealing with Absolute dental's automated system, a third party scheduler, and finally getting in touch with the Topsy lane branch, We were told the physician responsible for writing the prescription went to lunch and wouldn't be back for an hour. By 1:15, after several more attempts to get back in touch with the Topsy branch, the prescription was finally sent. By the time the pharmacy got the prescription, they were 4 minutes from closing for their lunch also and my wife had to go without medication for another hour before I could get fianlly get it. When I called back to chat with the person responsible at Absolute Dental I was told she was unavailable and I would get a call back and that has not happened. The person responsible for this mishap is careless for their pateints and lacks the ability to follow through on vital responsibilites within their job requirements and needs to be trained properly. An empty apology from Absolute Dental is not needed. If they wish to apologize to us for their mistake and our disappointment please do so by training their staff to complete important tasks prior to leaving for lunch and have some compassion for their customers so other patients don't experience the same outcome as us.

I had my first visit at Absolute Dental in Carson City on Topsy Ln.and the first thing I can say is, what took me so long? The Dr. & staff are professional with the utmost knowledge, excellent communication skills, patience & kindness. I don't have dental insurance, they therfore helped me with pricing as well. I am so pleased with my experience and so delighted with the Dr. & staff. My sincere thanks to everyone at Absolute Dental !!

Great care! Thank you absolute denture team for making us have a good experience. One dentist did a great job pulling the teeth with no problems, then the denture showed her expertise in making sure they were a perfect fit along with the dental assistances provided great care throughout the entire experience.

An excellent first visit with everyone being very friendly, professional, working with my budget ( Senior with no dental insurance), and leaving me feeling that all will be fine. My previous Dental office, not so much. Thank you!

I had a bad experience, 3 dentists examined me, they took x-rays, they saw what my problem was and when I asked what the cost of the treatment would be in order to make a decision, they simply did not tell me, they only told me that the people in charge of giving an estimate were busy and that they were in a meeting and that they would call me to tell me the cost, by the way a call that I have not received, I doubt that they could not give me an approximate cost of the treatment since as they mentioned they had already taken x-rays and 3 people had examined me, I really need to have the treatment but if I don't have the cost I can't make a decision, now I don't know why they charged me $135 dollars, they made me wait and sit in the dentist's chair just so they couldn't give me the cost of the treatment? This was at the Market Street branch yesterday, April 1, I would like help with my dental problem but if not, can you give me a simple cost. Thank you
