Hubs and I stayed at this Hilton four nights in mid-October '23. The room was clean and problem-free. The service was pretty good; had just a little issue needing a receipt for a cash purchase; the desk attendant at first said he couldn't give a receipt, then he figured it when when hubs said he'd just write one. The breakfast buffet was good - sausage links, eggs, fried potatoes, pastries. The chef was very friendly. We also ate dinner here one night and it was really good! For this meal, hubs had the chicken strips and fries. The chicken breast was a bit overcooked; fries were freshly-cut, well-seasoned, and delicious! I had the chicken quesadilla which was one of the tastiest I've ever had! We would definitely stay at this Hilton again.

Where do I begin? This place is a disgrace. The faucet on the tub in our room is ready to come loose. I nearly fell twice in the tub shower because the safety tread in the bottom of the tub is so worn it does not keep you from slipping. There's a sheetrock seam that looks pitiful. The air conditioner rattles. Front desk help coughing and hacking and not wearing a mask. Website states staff required to wear masks in public areas. The buffet breakfast costs $15.99 per person when they serve it which is only when they have a big group like the soccer group staying while we were there. No bacon, no waffles, no pancakes, over cooked eggs that tasted like rubber. And all the guy could say to us was "sorry about that" two days in a row. When no buffet you order and pay like a restaurant. Might as well go to McDonald's, you'll get better service and better food. Won't be back!

There was an obnoxious drunken party right outside my room long after midnight that did not quiet down despite my many complaints to the front desk. I barely slept as a result. The next day, they offered to move my room, but being that I had just gotten out of surgery, I didn't have the energy to pack up and move again after I had just gotten settled. Management offered me no compensation at all. If you plan on sleeping, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. Also, Breakfast was aweful.

Brea who was at the front desk when we arrived was wonderful. I had spoken to her on the phone because upon our arrival I realized that this location was approximately 50 minutes from the airport. She was very accommodating and understood my issue. She offered to waive the cancellation penalties if I found a closer location. Because of Brea's demeanor and understanding, we opted to drive the 50 minutes (which really was about 40 minutes) and stay in Highlands Ranch. When we arrived, she thanked us and also gave us a room with a mountain view :) We only stayed two nights. When we left for the day after the first night, housekeeping came in, cleaned our room, made our beds, left fresh towels. We were shocked because we have always had to request housekeeping at hotels, and they wouldn't show up even after a 4-5 day stay. I have many times just gotten cleaning supplies from the front desk and did it myself. I can't remember a time housekeeping EVER came in after day one. This was a pleasant surprise. The only minor complaint was the television was super small. Maybe a 32 inch at best, but it was tolerable with all of the other pluses. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms were great! I am from Colorado Springs and I was a little disappointed with the Front desk service lady(Ms. Love). On Friday morning we had attended a function with your grand kids at the Ben Franklin Academy. When we returned back to the hotel around 8:30am ish, my wife went back up to the room and I waited for her in the Lobby area. In the meantime, I could see a lot of guests that were having and enjoying breakfast particularly a hockey team and their family. I noticed the young lady attending to guests and cleaning tables. When my wife came down we were going to grab some breakfast and as we were in line the young lady came by and asked if we had a voucher. I told her no and that I wasn't aware or told by the front desk lady(Love) that we needed one. I gave her my room number and she proceed to check to see if I was even registered. The front desk lady(Love) said that I didn't have a voucher. I told Ms. Love that you never mention or offered it to me when I registered on Thursday 9/15. She just said " I apologize." I asked if they could at least give me one for not offering one when I registered. Ms. Love went on to say that I could purchase a voucher for $17 dollars. While I was waiting for my wife in the lobby, I noticed that the breakfast lady didn't ask any of the guests for a voucher. Now, I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and never purchased any vouchers and we've always enjoyed the breakfast without any vouchers. The bottom line here is that I thought that Ms. Love would've made things right for me and offer at least one voucher, but she didn't Needles to say, this was a disappointing stay, so be sure and ask if they have breakfast vouchers! Great Location and as usual for Garden Inns perfect Service and Rooms. I love the Garden Inns for their reasonable Prices and their always Great Comfort. Alot of parking Spaces, friendly Personnel and great Breakfast. The Hotel-Bar is always a good Place to meet new People especially If you are from another Country. Always will be Garden Inns if possible in the location.

Rooms need updating. As a member I expected a better room than 2nd floor with all the AC units directly outside. Carpet was stained looked dirty. Got the 2 bottles of water though. Would likely look elsewhere until the rooms are updated. Can't preselect the room at booking, just wish they'd honor the Hilton Honors upgrades to higher floor room. The rate was a medical discounted rate so perhaps that was why a less than desirable room was given.

Service was great at front desk and breakfast service great. Food was very good. They need to work on the rooms.Beds were clean, and bathroom was clean.. however the floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed, several tissues and random plastic strips on the floor just under both beds. When we came back late afternoon, someone had used the restroom and left it...

I generally stay at Hiltons because of their consistency. I had an issue with the TV in my room. Bree at the front desk got it taken care of for me quickly. Seems minor but after a 12 hour work and travel day all I wanted was to sit down and relax. The rooms are nice and clean.

This place is overpriced and price gouges because of how close they are to red rocks stadium. I came here for a work trip out of town. This place doesn’t provide complimentary breakfast, they think powdered eggs and a banana should cost you $14. The staff speaks broken English at best. If you guys really want to call yourself a 5 star establishment, focus on the customer experience and not the cosmetics of the lobby. And it’s right next to the highway. Kinda reminiscent of the entire country right now. 0/10 hated it, won’t be back

Kevin at the front desk is the absolute worst. No customer service skills, no empathy, no willingness to assist, just not a good person to have at your front desk. Very combative & confrontational with guests. Kevin went out of his way to make sure my trip was not enjoyable & went so far in being petty that he dug out our team’s “contract” & had to emphatically make his point to me instead of being a decent customer service agent & helping out an upset guest. Kevin needs lessons in customer service & how to turn a bad situation into an opportunity for service. He definitely did not help this hotel retain business for our organization.

Seriously needs updating or something. Was like being in a bad 70's movie... And the bed gave me a sore hip for 3 days. The people were nice and friendly though. Great rates.

The TV is cute. Like for a doll house. If you’re old bring your telescope if you want to change the channel. Ordering delivery you have to goto the lobby. Water pressure is great! Like best ever. Old. Outdated. Price is I guess the only thing that is garbage.

Definitely more than what I would normally pay for a hotel room, but a very nice hotel. Very pleasant experience with a nice room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is not come with the room.

The most terrible check in/check out experience we’ve ever had. Booked through Hotwire and after showing our confirmation AND having them talk to a Hotwire customer service member, they still were not able confirm our reservation. This all taking place late at night. After being promised we were not going to be charged, the hotel ended up charging us anyway at a higher rate!! Terrible customer service. Our room should have been comped for the huge inconvenience. Very disappointed and will make sure to avoid Hilton hotels when booking through Hotwire.

Great nights sleep. Breakfast was topical and good. The front desk was a joke at check in and the situation with trying to figure out getting silverware/paying/not having to pay (we are diamond members) was basically the same. Training Training Training

Hotel is mostly clean, and neighborhood doesn't suffer from too much crime. Great place to stay on a business trip, but I would skip this one if you are looking for a location with great scenery/things to do in the community, as this part of town is boring and bland, with just a handful of some nearby nice restaurants and parks to visit, and nothing else than that really. The parker side of town is a-lot prettier than this area. Location is a bit awkward too.

Older building and the smell, paint and rooms and furnishings scream dated. When you enter the hotel all you smell is bleach which wasn’t bleach but chlorine from the indoor pool/hut tub is very overwhelming. Front desk was very kind and helpful.

I was promptly greeted when I approached the check in desk. It was a nice touch thanking me for being a Hilton Honors member. Breakfast was available every morning with a nice hot cup of fresh coffee. The room was spacious and clean. The location was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the mountains. I enjoyed the experience and will be back for my next trip.

The room had thick layer of dust settled and the AC has moulds, you can smell weird bad smell as soon as you enter the room. Even after repeated requests, no staff gave me a room change or sent a house keeping staff to clean the room. Everything in this hotel is really bad. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL as they are not clean and will life threatening issues

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Will stay again. I'd like to see larger TVs in room but if that is the only complaint is it really a complaint? Great job at this Garden Inn.

This is the worst service I have ever received at a Hilton property. Corporate if you are reading this, this team needs help on the customer service front. On top of that, the beds are horribly uncomfortable and old and the elevators smell like sausage. Do not stay here. There are 100 other nice properties in the area you can go to for less and have a better time I promise you.

Called ahead to inquire for a quiet room and spoke with Bre. Unfortunately they did not but she was super sweet and shared they only had 3rd floor and almost sold out. Which let me know it would be a noisy stay and not what I was looking for for business. I greatly appreciate her informative help to allow me to make the decision that is for my highest good rather than have a bad experience. Thank you Beautiful Soul.
