Beautiful out and back hike. Not too much elevation gain. Easy to moderate difficulty. Only downside is that there isn't a view at the end! The views on the way make it worth it.

The trailhead is easy to locate and has convenient parking with restrooms. There’s several trails meeting at several points and we took the Barn Trail, which is more popular. It’s a good idea taking pictures of the trail map even though trails are marked. Trail has shaded areas and level sections along the way to the waterfall. Trail is for all ages with some steep sections.

Nicely groomed and clearly marked trails that provide nice views and great day hikes within walking distance of "the strip". Remember to bring water, stay on marked trails and be prepared for a little extra challege when if you are not used to hiking in a higher elevation.

Awesome trail and free parking. Great get away from the city and a fairly easy trail to explore in the summer. I plan to come back here winter sometime to checkout the frozen waterfall :) An easy 10 minute hike to get great views is the "Vista" point thats right off the trail on a rock formation that let's you see the entire lake.

Easy hike to see some falls. Easy marked trails and the falls might not be big but its slightly less then 1 mile to get there. Great views and easy to get to from the hotels

Great hike. You can do some boldering and get a great shot of the lake from the first Vista. The Vista at the top looks strait into heavenly, but the view is underwhelming. It is 3 miles up hill and then back down. Very well marked and a great hike for older kids (didn't take my 5 year old, but my 10 year old enjoyed it).

The Van Sickle Bi-State Park and trail is a great State Park and trial to hike and visit in South Lake Tahoe. The trail is a few miles long and offers amazing viewing of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountain ranges, and there is even a small waterfall. Highly recommend visiting and hiking if in South Lake Tahoe.

Started at this trailhead to the waterfall bridge. It is a pretty easy hike with very gradual elevation change through most of it except the brief switchbacks. Went here on a Sunday morning around 9am with plenty of parking but it got busy quickly soon after. Definitely a rewarding hike.

Got late start so was a bit warm, lots of traffic on trails but everyone super friendly.
