We come to the TT every year and USE to eat at the Ascot every night . Carvery and a pint was fantastic ! This year the place was empty , no carvery ?? Think management need a re think 🤔

Excellent for a 3star coach hotel. The bed comfy the room was ok but most of the time your eyes are closed with a good sleep food breakfast and dinner are buffets wide choice and very tasty.

What a great place to stay! Its an old modernised place with lovely staff, spacious rooms and a great buffet breakfast. They have a nice little bar and do great evening meals. Great value and highly reccommended

A lovely hotel just 100m from the beach, although only a few rooms have a sea view. The room was comfortable and what you would expect from 3star hotel, but the big selling point is the service. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the food was exceptional.Breakfast choices were brilliant, thanks to head morning chef George, and plenty of choices every night for dinner from the grill. We were on a group tour but if ever we decide to return to the Isle of Man, The Ascot will be a no-brainer.

Superb hospitality hosting our 25 person group for a football match on the island. Very polite, welcoming and accommodating. Great views over to the sea and excellent food with a lovely bar area. Would 100% stay again.

Ideal location for stay in Douglas. Close to seafront and all main activities. Hotel has great staff, superb food and good rooms.

Only been here for two days and loving it. Working nearby . Checking out tomorrow and genuinely wish I could stay a bit longer. Downstairs areas look like they've had a makeover. My single room (112 ) and ensuite are comfortable. Staff are great. Food is very good. Excellent value for money overall and I recommend to anyone who reads these reviews !

Just about the friendliest staff I've ever come across in any hotel and this includes everyone from the reception staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners who also deserve a mention! Our room was comfortable, clean and well decorated. And as for the food - delicious, delicious (I thought the chef might have been Marco Pierre White were it not for the chips! Try them you'll probably see what I mean). The waiter and waitresses were totally on the ball - attending to orders and clearing plates straight away. Fantastic service from everyone at the Ascot We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Our seventh visit. Staff are lovely, food excellent, lovely views, well situated for visiting all parts of the island. Very highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the Ascot, We were in the area for work so it was great to have somewhere cosy to come back to after a long day. The staff were friendly and accommodating with our last minute needs, they were truly faultless. We couldn't recommend them enough.
