😐 Good to find food but it can get VERY busy and hard to move. Lots of parking space and is a bit cold inside the shop so wear a jacket but overall good for finding food and kids car park. People often mention phone, Tesco, staff, store,

never shopped here. Not the best really. Would rather shop in the local Shopshite. Up the M&S and CO OP meal deals are so much better

I just need to share my last experience at Tesco IOM. I did my usual weekly shop and when it came to pay I realised I didn’t have my everyday debit card, but my emergency one, which has little money on it. I transferred money ect and then realised I couldn’t remember the pin🤦‍♀️ It’s contactless but then realised my shopping was over £100🙄 A member of staff approached to ask if I needed help, I explained my situation and decided I would return enough items to bring the balance below £100. To my astonishment, she offered to pay for my shopping, and said” pay me back when you get home”😵 This humbled me to the core🙏 Thank You so much for your kindness Kathryn Butler🙏 To say you went above and beyond your role is an understatement ❤️ The universe works in wonderful ways and you will forever be blessed 🙏

Lovely supermarket here. I've done nearly 6 ounces of weed in the back of the toilets. Looking to do some more this next weekend if anybody else is looking to join.

Well stocked supermarket, issues with parking as not enough spaces. Busy . Roadworks didn’t help on the way in either. Personally I’d avoid .

The store is well kept and stocked. The parking definitely can be tight and tense with people queuing for spots at times.

Large well stocked supermarket, helpful staff. Don't forget to bring your club card as the Meal Deal is 50 pence cheaper when you have it.

Tesco is the best shop on the island. They have " price matched to Aldi" foods so we get better prices

A Superstore that has just about everything. Big enough to have choice but not too big to make shopping a chore or leave you unable to find anything. Its safe clean and the staff are helpful.

Just another big superstore, doing well what they should do. As a non-resident without Tesco-Card, I don't like to overpay many of these products.

I’m giving Tesco’s a three star rating because at first I really loved Tesco’s but today I got a tin of pineapple slices in juice and I’m down to my last two pieces of pineapple and the last one has a fat bite mark in it and a chunk of it is gone leaving teeth marks

It's always a pleasure to wander the aisle unless it's busy, then you feel under pressure to just get out

Wide variety of items. The store is laid out nicely As someone that's just moved to the island, this was a great place to buy groceries

Without Prejudice. On the 4/10/2022, I believe I was purchasing a new pay as you go smart phone at Tescos Mobile store, London N12 0SH. When the phone box was bought out to me, I believe the phone box manufactures security seals were all ready broken (Pic 1) and most of the manufactures protective packaging bags were missing (Pic 3). On one of the sides of the phone box, its original manufactures label has been covered over with another label from Tescos, The label has a S/N, which matched up with the phone. Why is that label on that box? I believe the Tescos label was on the box for a refurbished or a returned phone and not for a new phone? (Pic 2) When the female staff person set up my phone, I hadn't actually touched it or seen it close up, but when I got home, I noticed the phone was covered in greasy finger prints and scratches and scuff marks particularly on the back. It was clear to me, I believe this phone was not a new phone! I bought the phone back lunch time the next day, 5/10/2022 and advised the same female staff person of all the issues and I advised and showed her the back of the phone was covered in greasy finger prints, scratches and scuff marks. (Pic 4) She acknowledged they were there, but advised she didn’t know how they got there and point blank refused to replace the used phone for a new one! I came back to the the Tescos Mobile store again on Saturday 8/10/2022, early lunch time to advised the same female staff person of my concerns about the phone previously been used and tried to show her the evidence, but I believe she and her two other colleagues ganged up on me and the male, accused me of being a chancer and through me out of the store like I was a common criminal. Please Note, I’m 72 year old disabled man! On the 19/10/2022 I believe the manager had gone to a lot of effort to try and discredit me, considering he was never in the store when I purchases the phone, etc. I wrote several letters of complaint to Tescos Mobile via there official complaint procedure on their website and their Facebook page, etc. I asked for the right to request to see the stores CCTV footage. I received several confusing replies from Tesco Customer Service and Tesco Mobile Customer Concerns Management Team. I received acknowledgement and some apologies from them all, but it appears that my concerns and request have been ignored. What does that tell you?
