Good,
but
I'm
glad
I'd
already
been
through
with
family
as
when
I
went
last
time
on
my
own
it
was
very
hard
to
know
what
was
expected
of
you
when
you
are
deaf.
Everything
is
a
mad
rush
to
get
through
check
in
then
nothing
for
ages.
Then
rushing
to
load
you
all
on
board,
but
trying
to
get
the
chap
to
slow
down
telling
you
where
to
park
as
you
need
facial
contact
to
lip
read
where
he
wants
you
to
go
is
almost
impossible.
Also
I
only
knew
it
was
time
to
get
off
because
the
people
near
me
in
the
lounge
all
moved
as
the
person
that
was
supposed
to
come
&
take
me
back
down
in
the
lift
forgot
me!
The
executive
lounge
on
the
ferry
itself
is
well
worth
the
extra
though.
The
lovely
chap
there
helped
me
get
settled
in
my
seat
&
brought
me
a
drink.
There
were
biscuits
out
in
baskets
&
fruit
available,
more
drinks
upon
requests
&
a
menue
for
ordering
paid
food.
I
do
think
more
needs
to
be
done
to
cater
for
deaf/
hearing
impaired
travellers
but
other
than
that
its
fine.
