I have never had a more pleasant experience in purchasing jewelry in my life. Aaron Robinson, the store manager, was so hospitable and kind as he navigated me through my purchasing experience. In all of my experience in purchasing jewelry, I’ve never met a more knowledgeable and polite manager. Aaron needs to be in a larger store with more options, as I would like to purchase from him wherever he is.

I had went into this store a few months ago just to look around while I was in the area, it was raining pretty heavily and was greeted very rudely by a guy because I brought my umbrella inside, which I had spun my umbrella to get the excess rain off so it wouldn’t be dripping in the floor before I went in the building. I was demanded to leave my umbrella at the door. Ok whatever. I was pretty much treated like I couldn’t afford anything they had to offer and felt very unwelcomed, so I left. Fast forward a few months, I had found a bridal set online and loved it and wanted to see it in person. It was the 3 piece ring look I’ve always wanted. Well it was the weekend after mine and my husbands anniversary which had fallen on a Thursday this year. I had planned on upgrading my husband’s wedding band since he had lost his in the yard somehow and all of the silicone bands he had all broke. So I decided we would go to Zales and find him a replacement band so I could see the wedding set I fell in love with online in person even though I had no intentions of getting it. My husband was reluctant about going in there because of how I was treated before but I said “Well it’s not raining so I’m sure it’ll be fine”. It was the best experience we ever had. My husband didn’t want to spend that much on his own ring so he decided to upgrade my wedding set instead. I can’t remember the sales woman’s name but she was absolutely amazing! She made us feel at home and welcomed. She helped me pick out the wedding set of my dreams, which wasn’t the one I had fallen in love with online, and I couldn’t be happier!! It was a regular wedding set and she just added another band to it to give it the look I wanted. It was perfect!! They sent my rings off to be sized and soldered together and it was an estimated 2 weeks before they were ready. They were ready within a week. I was HAPPY! But don’t worry, I was able to find my husband a wedding band he liked online. No it wasn’t from Zales but he’s happy with it.

Emily was very nice and helpful with all of my selections, but most of all she was very patient because I can be a little much sometimes. Overall I had a very nice experience and with my next jewelry purchase I will look for Emily

On several occasions, I have had the pleasure and good luck of being helped by Aaron Robinson at Zales located in Douglasville, GA. Aaron has given me expert advice on design and care for pieces that I have purchased for myself as well as wonderful suggestions for gifts. He is well informed in all areas of the jewelry business. He even managed to work a miracle and have a custom pendant made and delivered in time for a family wedding! Aaron is devoted to his profession and to helping clients by always going the extra mile, as well as being a delight to work with.

Emily and Aaron were amazing. Our experience was wonderful and they were so helpful. My husband has wanted to replace my ring what seems like forever and now I have a stunning set.

My husband purchased two wedding rings for me from here and I am going to be honest. The first ring kept losing diamonds and I had to get it repaired three times. But I eventually got a replacement which was more expensive but the trade off was worth it!!! Thank you Zale for my new wedding ring!!!
