This is the best nail salon in Douglasville. I’ve been going for about a year and a half and have consistently been treated with respect and courteousness. Any discrepancies and minor disagreements have always been resolved with a customer-centric outcome. Everyone makes mistakes, and this staff has no issues rectifying any mistakes. Nail techs, Jenn, Kaitlyn, Ethan, Ivy, Jason, Ri, and Justin, are unmatched. They’re knowledgeable, patient and they always produce quality work. The salon is clean, welcoming and the salon Manager is always kind and very professional. 10 out of 10 recommend!

So I found this spot on google and it is amazing! It smells so good and the customer service is excellent. Ethan did my nails he is good at shaping and he listens. Ivy did my pedicure she has a soft touch and got my toes together. Check out the kool slippers they give you! She also does good nails I watched her do the women next to me nails. This place is clean and organized. I do recommend to everyone if you haven't been here before.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for over 14 years. They are fabulous!! Jlo is the best!! I give her creative freedom and she always does a great job!

I was very upset with my results, first of all they messed up my nails by the lady cept smudging them, second she messed up the flowers that were on my nails and they came out very crooked, third she didn't give me the yellow I asked for so I had to ask for them again and she messed them up. I am very mad and upset, me and my cousin will not be going there again.

I’ve been coming here for the past 5 months and every time my nails look amazing! Corey is my nail tech and is wonderful! He is attentive, creative, clean work, and personable. The staff is friendly and accommodating as well.

I love Sophia she is my nail tech. Sophia takes her time in doing my pedicure and my manicure and she doesn’t an amazing job. I would highly recommend nail creations.

Had my eyebrows done. The lady took off very little hair and didn’t give me much of a shape. I’m not too finicky so it’s all good. I just needed them cleaned up a bit. She got my upper lip good though. One of the few places around that is open on Sunday before noon.

It was an overall good experience. I got a basic pedicure with gel polish and eyebrow arch. I was in and out in no time. I spent a total of $70.
