    Fabien was as good as they get when it comes to dealing with the public. We want to say thank you Fabien we will come back to this location because of you!!! The mocha cookie crumble is excellent. Try the oat milk also..

    Caramel Frappuccino wasn't too tasty. More ice "flavor" than caramel. The only reason for the three stars was the staff. Very pleasant and friendly. I have had thus drink at several locations this spring/summer. This one was bar far the blanket. Maybe it was an off day.

    I don't want to leave a bad review like this, but what happened to me was so ridiculous and absurd that I had to share. I always order the same coffee on my way to work, which is a cold foam coffee with extra foam. However, when I received my coffee, it didn't seem to have the extra foam I requested. So, when I asked the barista if my coffee had the extra foam, she just stared at me and didn't give me a straight answer. After a while, she finally said "yes" which it wasn’t. I travel a lot for work and have been to many Starbucks locations, but I have never been treated like this before. Although it may not affect them much that I don't go there anymore, I will definitely not be returning. It was actually a bit scary when she just stared at me without even blinking.

    Yesterday, the guy at the drive thru window took my card, and tipped himself $2. WITHOUT asking. That is theft. I am going to go back today and talk to the manager. I am going to press charges because, again, it's THEFT.

    I love this place. When it opened the lines were super long. But now everything is running smoothly. Everything tastes good. Great prices and even better customer service. I'd be in here everyday if I could.

    Surprisingly fast service through the drive-thru. Back home they are always so slow. The iced vanilla latte was just how i like it. The violet drink had just the right amount of fruit in it. Very friendly.

    My car broke down in their drive through and the manager came out and offered to help me push my car into a parking space and also gave me a cake pop since it was my birthday. Everyone was super helpful and nice made a stressful situation a little less stressful. 10/10 service would recommend

    Perfect drinks (SOMETIMES) but every time I go it’s a gamble of if it will taste the same as the last time. This is a common theme with Starbucks and it’s such a disappointment.

    I ordered my drink online, when I picked it up, it was hot. Got to my car attempted to place it in the cup holder, the top came off and coffee went everywhere. This is the reason for only 3 stars, terrible cup design. However, a 5 star rating is for the excellent customer service. They didn't make any excuses, they apologized, came out cleaned my car, replaced my drink and gave me complimentary gift cards for my in convenience. Customer Service at its absolute best.

    Perfect! Mobile order ready on-time We need extra low-fat milk in one of our drinks as the option was not available on the app. They were extremely helpful and accommodative. Service is what makes this Starbucks STAND OUT among the rest!!! Definitely make it a "go-to" when you are in the area!!!

    Nice clean modern. Nice staff friendly fast no lines or long wait. The restrooms were clean and the seating area was nice we sat down for a few minutes. They have a nice patio with seating. Easy to get too off the main highway.

    I typically can find a better coffee at the location in Smyrna, but go here for the convenience. Today, they incorrectly made my cold brew then handed me all the ingredients for me to fix it myself behind the wheel as I am driving. All with a smile of course…

    Food and coffee was the norm but the wait... wow! We were in drive thru with only two cars in front of us and no cars behind for at least 10 minutes and we waited 25 minutes just to get to the window! The parking lot was empty and we paid attention to what the drivers ahead of us were ordering and it was very simple orders. A mystery to me as the one close to home is much, much faster.

    The most rude customer service by entitled English is not my first language people. English is my second language too btw. I love Starbucks and went to my usual one and got my drink but they didn’t have ham and cheese croissants so I went to this location. I had to repeat my order multiple times because the gentleman didn’t understand or speak English that well. I asked to add a kids apple juice to my order and the gentleman just left disgusted and this other lady who also couldn’t understand English that well said “no”. I asked for a receipt and they refused. I speak multiple languages, I know it’s hard sometimes. So I understood and was patient, but when they were rude multiple times, that was not acceptable.
