The retail sales manager (Rachel) today was disrespectful and completely unprofessional at the cash register. That woman is absolutely revolting and made people in the store uncomfortable. She talks down to her customers and employees. No one like her should be running a store. Especially an all inclusive store like Ulta. She made me feel uncomfortable when I wanted to use the new Ulta app. God forbid she has to do her job and scan a barcode. The store selection is amazing and all other employees were wonderful and easy to talk to.

Honestly, I spend way too much money at Ulta. However, every time I go in I’m greeted with the best customer service from the sales associates. I’ve been in during all different hours the stores have been open, and being in the service industry I know some of those employees have been there for hours. Nevertheless they still all have smiles on their faces and are happy to help. Lastly, they always have the best recommendations so big thank you to them for always keeping me looking good!

Ulta is my playground of beauty products. I e joy learning about new products there. It's always a delight going to all of Ulta stores.I really don't think there isn't a product that they don't have.

Nice store, very clean and organized. They carry a good selection of high-end fragrances and makeup. There is also a large variety of salon quality hair products and utensils. The Downside is that since these are high end, the prices are very high. If you have the money to spend and want good quality products, this store is for you. Customer service and selection were good.

Amazing customer service! I was very nervous coming in today because I have not done make up seriously in a very long time. I'm a work from home and go to the gym kinda gal and rarely make time to go out! We got invited to go out with some friends this weekend and I had NO make-up, not even the basics. So today I met the WONDERFUL Erik. He made me feel seen! I didn't feel judged not knowing make up terms or what to do or look for. He made wonderful recommendations that did not break the bank and did so effortlessly!! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Erik deserves ALL the raises and praises!! Thank you for making my first night out in forever easy! I can't wait to use my new products and look goodt!!🤍🔥🔥 ASK FOR ERIK IF YOU NEED HELP HERE!

My experience today in Ulta was a very rude cashier, talks to you in any way she wants to in front of other customers in a very disrespectful way. There are other options to buy make up. She did not want to help me on the floor with the make up. Very rude.

Had my makeup done by Monae Alexander for my wedding day. She did an amazing job and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I would whole heartedly recommend her!

I purchased foundation that I thought matched my complexion. When I tried the product at home, it was definitely off color. I used it a few times and also bought a second one at the time because I just applied for their credit card and took advantage of the 30% off. About a month later I returned both and received full credit, they looked up my purchase history and I was able to choose a color that was doable

Currently closed without warning or updating store hours online. This has happened multiple times before and is ridiculous for those that drive just to come to this store. Atleast update online hours so people know not to make the trip.

Very amazing, I went there to get my eye brows tinted and waxed by Ali, and she is so kind and sweet and every single time she does a amazing wonderful job. I will never go to anyone else, she works so hard. She definitely should get a raise!!! And then I had some questions about some self tanners, I wanted to try something new, and the tall skinny white lady manager help me (I apologize I for got her name) but she was very easy to talk to and help me and answered all my questions, not to mention when she used to be the clinic lady she helped get my acne and skin Care under control. Overall love this Ulta and would definitely recommend it to anyone 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

Very knowledgeable sale associate, Eric, helped me select the correct hair brush for my hair style. A lot of hairbrushes to choose from. Ulta is the place to go for any beauty needs.

Ask for Erik to match your foundation! He is an expert and went above and beyond more than any other store rep I’ve ever come across at Ulta.
