Booked
their
upstairs
party
room
for
a
birthday
celebration.
They
were
very
good
at
the
food
and
drinks.
Service
from
the
actual
staff
was
also
attentive
somehow
at
times
it
was
rushed
and
dismissive.
Come
time
to
decorate
and
fix
up
the
room
i
was
given
little
flexibility.
They
would
have
someone
come
and
open
the
door
at
5
and
not
earlier.
I
mean,
im
not
coming
in
for
dinner...
im
booking
a
full
event
and
paying
four
figure
totals...
not
an
$80
dollar
check...
I
felt
it
was
unfair
as
my
booking
started
at
7:30
and
it
left
me
little
room
to
decorate
as
i
also
had
to
get
ready
for
my
event.
The
room
wasnt
entirely
clean,
confetti
and
random
unvaccuumed
debris
was
visible.
the
vaccuum
was
leaned
by
the
buffet
table,
stacked
chairs
and
tables
were
visible
as
a
background
and
the
bar's
main
use
seems
to
be
storage
room.
For
the
seating
:
I
had
a
floor
plan
and
seating
chart
for
my
guests.
I
was
expecting
about
55
people.
I
requested
2
tables
that
could
seat
10,
3
tables
that
could
seat
6
and
a
table
that
could
seat
8,
a
table
of
4
and
a
table
of
5..
Well
it
didnt
matter
what
i
requested
because
when
i
saw
the
room
all
the
tables
were
8
seaters.
I
spoke
to
the
owner
and
he
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
if
i
wanted
them
certain
way
then
to
go,
move
tables,
chairs,
reset
and
fix
them
myself.
I
did
personally
hand
him
the
seating
chart
and
then
again
im
the
one
paying
you
to
have
this
done
for
me.
Next
issue.
I
asked
to
have
access
and
use
of
the
projector.
The
owner
said
that
i
needed
to
hire
their
dj
for
sound
and
audio
as
he
was
the
one
that
handled
that
part.
I
agreed
to
the
additional
charge
of
$200
for
a
DJ
as
i
had
to
absolutely
show
a
slide
for
my
guests.
Come
the
day
of,
the
DJ
showed
up
late.
It
wouldnt
have
been
an
issue
had
the
guy
been
able
to
set
up
the
projector.
He
claimed
the
other
DJ
was
the
one
with
knowledge
of
this.
I
specifically
told
the
owner
I
NEEDED
the
A.V
sistem...
months
in
advance.
Again,
he
simply
took
the
money
and
didnt
seem
to
care.
My
slide
was
never
shown.
The
dj
had
little
knoledge
of
music
and
i
found
myself
several
times
by
the
booth
playing
music
with
my
phone
because
when
the
room
would
go
silent
he
claimed
he
had
bad
signal....
lets
keep
in
mind
i
actually
paid
and
they
took
my
money
for
the
DJ.
I
had
a
total
attendance
of
43
guests.
Come
time
to
pay
the
check
he
claimed
it
was
a
minimum
of
50
guests
per
party.
This
was
never
stipulated
at
any
time
during
the
booking.
I
felt
robbed.
I
will
most
likely
not
book
future
events
here
and
i
will
most
definately
not
recommend
booking
this
place.
Maybe
do
a
bit
more
diligence,
look
around
for
other
places
and
even
if
a
bit
more
has
to
be
paid
at
other
hall
rentals
it
would
most
likely
save
disappointments,
frustration
and
keep
u
from
being
taken
advantage
of.
