Very good stay. Lots of kids eating all the breakfast… but there were just so many of them. I imagine the kitchen had a hard time keeping up. Plenty of parking. Close to the highway. Nice and quiet and clean. All the staff are friendly. If you want to stay in Dover I recommend this hotel. Stayed here a couple times before and it’s always been nice.

Front desk "supervisor" summer left my father a 70 year old man without a being able to check in. My sister made the reservation but was flying in hours later. My father was added as a guest but she didn't care. She would not check him in until my sister arrived. My sister is a police officer and this is how they treat l.e.os do yourself a favor and stay away from THIS hotel

Our stay was great. Customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable. We had the pool all to ourselves right after we checked in. Breakfast was ok. It’s free so no complaints here. We had a party of 9 and were able to make use of the common area next to the lobby to gather. We even had a small birthday celebration. Hotel is conveniently located with several other businesses around. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area again.

I only stayed one night here but the customer service here is hands down the best I've ever seen. And I had to be up super early to go to the bus station and when I went down to get coffee he was cleaning the machines because it was 2:30 a.m. he told me he doesn't usually put it out till 4am when he realized that I was a little bummed about that he asked me what time I had to leave and he adjusted his schedule and told me that he would have the coffee out so I could have a fresh coffee as I walked out the door. They are definitely teaching this stuff the right way. Thank you so much for making this such an easy wonderful time.

We stayed here for one night in August on our trek through New England, as hotels in Conway were more expensive. Our arrival was very pleasant, and the room was great except for one detail. Putting the faucet in the corner of the square sink, as shown in the photo, makes it extremely difficult to access with hands, razor, etc. Breakfast the following morning was very good. The pillow photos are to show how pillows at all Hampton Inns are just terrible. The second you lay on them they shrink down to nothing. C'mon Hilton. You can do WAAY better. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I almost exclusively stay at Hampton Inns; however, not all Hampton Inns are created equal. This one is one of the exceptional ones. The rooms are good size, the service was great. Breakfast was good. Typical Hampton breakfast. Will be staying here when in the neighborhood.

I'm not impressed with this particular Hampton Inn. There were a number of issues that lead me to a less than stellar review...the largest mishap being check in. My better half handled that. But when we finally opened up the door to our room, &we saw an overlooked and uncleaned room. Oops! No worries just put us in one that's been serviced. It was an honest mixup. But just left a bad taste. Lost all confidence. Otherwise the design and shui of the cleaned and turned down rooms seems ok. Just kinda lacking in every phase. Status quo maintained. Breakfast was trash. Coffee was terrible. Evening front desk staff - fake and patronizing. Just not what was expected. It's probably my own fault.

Clean, lovely hotel. The landscaping with the mums is so beautiful. I would stay here again! Although, as a Hilton Member usually I'm offered water, this was not the case.

We stayed here for a wedding. The room was nice and clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot, pool was clean and warm and breakfast was decent. Close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again if we came back to this area.
