Food was way over spiced. Had a Jack and coke, almost no Jack. Bathrooms, gross and I could hear an employee in the bathroom stall ripping rails (if you know what I mean) and didn’t even offer one up… how rude. Food could have looked better coming out… so over chain restaurants.

It's a great place in the neighborhood to get Mexican food, The service staff is super friendly and the food is yumm 😋.

Last time we ate at this chilis was about a month ago for my sons birthday. The host sat us at a dirty table which was horribly wobbly. The waiter helped us out and cleaned the table and gave us some coasters to fix the table. There was food all over the wall and the seat but it was old and stuck there. I only ate dessert and had drinks which were good. My daughters pizza tasted like hot garbage- I’m not sure how she ate it but she did. I’d say the waiters were about the only thing that made this experience satisfactory as the food was just OK. Try NOT to use the bathrooms.

I had the Santa Fe Salad with Salmon. Doing low carbs, so no tortilla strips. Just pico, and avocado. Salmon was tasty, a shade overcooked. No ranch dressing either. All the dressings come on the side at Chili's , which I like. Had I thought about it, I would have added guacamole to my salad. But this was a perfect salad for a healthy dinner! My server was quick & efficient. Love the Mum color combo out front!

The pick 3 appetizer is my favorite. I get the Mexican egg rolls, both chicken tenders (1 have a sweet spicy syrup on top). Each item has a special dipping sauce to go with it!😋

Chilis in Dover has been a go-to location for me for over 22 years. I love it, and the food and service are always good. There is, tho, a very sour or icky smell as you walk through the dining room. I think a deep clean is needed and a (regular) changing of the rags used to clean the tables and booths.

The overall experience was amazing drinks were perfectly made food was good only issue i had was the mexican street corn. It was very old as if it was sitting there the corn was mushy butttt other then the corn my general overall experience was gratifying.

We went in for lunch, it was clean and well lit. We sat at the bar and were greeted instantly. Had drinks in 2 minutes, apps in about 8 and entrees in less than 15. Very attentive bartender/server, the food is always above par for a nationwide chain and the 2 meals and drinks were under $40 with tip...if you haven't tried the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, you are definitely missing out! Dover is my favorite location.😎

Stopped in the middle of a long drive for food. Very nice service. Food was great. Hot and what we needed. We were able to relax a bit before getting back on the road.

My husband and I went here Saturday night. We usually love it here! It's our go to place if we go out to dinner. But this recent time we were not impressed at all. Once we were seated, our waiter didn't even come over to us until 25 minutes after we sat down because he didn't realize we were his table, then took another 15 min just to get out drinks. The food was good like always but the service was terrible. Everyone looked confused and we were very disappointed

Showed around 2pm. Not busy at all. Place is filthy. Associates hanging around. Took family here for lunch and the waiter was nice and prompt. The food was probably the worst I've ever had at a restaurant. The fries, cold dry no flavor. Chicken was hard and dry also tasted like burned grease. Mac and cheese possibly microwaved. I'm willing to bet the food is precooked and stored for need later. Grease is definitely not filtered regularly. I try to never be that guy to complain but I had to. The waiter heard my complaint and was nice, asked if it could be remade which was proper, but I couldn't be there anymore. She took all the chicken meals off the bill, clearly spoke to someone about it, likely her supervisor, in which he never even looked our way, came over to discuss or show any care to this operation. Pretty disappointing. Never again. Someone needs to fix this place fast. Update, everyone has food poisoning now.

I'm just out here for work but I will say this was the worst chilli's experience I've ever had. I ordered to go and it started off too good to be true they texted that it was ready in five minutes. I had over and get my food drive back to the hotel and it's missing the sides so I call let them know and they tell me to come back for my fries. (We're talking a special trip for French fries, rediculous, but the little fat kid in me agrees) I go back to get these fries they are cold and I get back all my food was cold, really cold like they were sitting out when I placed my order. I'm just staying across the street. There was no silverware that I requested no offer for even a drink or a gift card. I've been a waiter and I promise if I was on the other end I'd have offered something to kind of try to make up for it and I'd make sure those fries were worth coming back for.
