    Walked down to Subway on Wooster Avenue from my house, and when I walked in they told me it would be a 30 min wait, because they had a large order they were fulfilling on the mobile app! That is rediculous!! This Subway has been going downhill for sometime now. Used to be the best Subway in the area, not any more. This was the last straw, will not be back. And it is only a block and a half from my house. I have spent a lot of money there in the last 25 years. They won't get anymore! 😡

    Literally I was standing for about ten minutes talking to the lady and she didn't listen to me and she wasn't even so busy, literally disrespectful but if she was able to answer the call that came to her

    Services wasn't great. I had to repeat myself several times and still didn't get everything I asked for. They put very little of everything. My husband's bread wasn't fully cooked and very doughy. The kid making his sandwich smashed the bread and my meat was not heated up. The whole experience was unacceptable. We will not be returning.

    Placed an order to pick up, When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said "store closed due to staffing issues" all lights were on, several employees were in the dining area but no customers, all food cases were closed, I knocked on the door because I was a little confused but nobody reacted in any way. I opened the door and ended up getting the order but they told me that they were in fact closed and when I asked why they even took my order he replied "because we didn't have a choice". There is no chance I am eating food that someone prepared against their will. I dont know who screwed what up, but I don't believe I should have to pay for it. I would appreciate a correspondence or credit, website doesn't have much for contact info, and the leave feedback page isn't working correctly so here I am

    Typically subway doesn’t give me real issues, but the last couple times I’ve ordered there is some error on my order. Either the wrong bread, no sauce, wrong cheese, not toasted. It’s little things that are frustrating when I’m paying roughly $10 a sub. I just find that unacceptable.

    Went earlier and had very nice young ladies help us. Didn't catch names but one had pretty eyelashes (that I mentioned to her bc so pretty) and the other had a cool collar bone tattoo (bc we talked about tattoos) and showed me. Anyways, these are the best subs I've had from there in a while. These girls killed it and made my few minutes there fun. For sure will come back. 10 outta 10

    Ordered on the app for pickup from this location. We got our order of 2 foot longs and 3 6” subs and didn’t start eating until we got to where we were going. Once we started opening the sandwiches for our 3 kids, we noticed that everything was wrong. We then checked ours and ours were completely wrong as well. We checked the ticket they attached on the bag and that was correct and what we had ordered. However, none of the sandwiches matched any of it. Called the store and they gave me the owners number and I have yet to hear from anyone and it’s been a week. This store has a lot of younger people working that are usually goofing off and the customer service is lacking big time.

    I ordered a steak and cheese wrap and it was completely cold. Steak not warmed up at all. Very disappointed. They definitely need more people working at busy times.
