What’s the point in the big lid? I would think it’s to hold in the whip cream with cherry. The good thing is. The poor management makes us relies what good management is at other places where I feel my tip is earned.

First girl that came on was SNOTTY AND RUDE. Apparently, when you're a Sonic that closes at 10PM and you pull up at 9:15, you're interrupting their schedule. The second lady was a little more customer conscious, still a little rushing while we ordered. However, don't dare ask them about the favorite of everyone, the Tuesday night family night, buy one get one #1 burger. They will abruptly tell you their store doesn't honor that and never has, instead of saying we ONLY offer that in the app. Which this I have and would have been more than happy to back out of my order and ordered through it instead. I have come to the conclusion that they are a very rich store as well as their employees so therefor if you get there 45min before closing, they really don't need your business. My recommendation is if your driving down down HWY 7, and it's 9 pm or later, go on into Russellville and take a chance at a more customer friendly restaurant.

I know that they are short staffed, but how come everything I order is always wrong? And 10/10 times my order is drinks. And if I ever do get food aka mozzarella sticks, they don't give me any sauces....thats criminal. There's no reason why 3 drinks should take 45 minutes with me finally pulling up to the window and demanding my order. No sir.

Food is decent as usual. Service is slow but they stay busy so it's understandable. Staff is exceptional! Occasionally they get parts of my order wrong but they fix it.

Ordered through the app, which is very convenient if you don't really like talking to people. Once checked in my order was out super fast and my carhop was super sweet. Unlike a majority of the sonics I've been to, this one is on top of their stuff and super friendly!

Ordered a chicken dinner...asked that fries were not salted, they had no salt but were so greasy and nasty looking I could not eat them, kinda like they had already been cooked and were dropped back in the fryer again. The chicken looked the same way. Only way I cold eat the chicken was with chick-fil-a sauce. My husband got tots and they didn't look too appealing either.

Terrible experience. 4 of us were going to order food. Asked for the key to rest room. The employee told me that can’t use the rest room. Really, you want me to spend my money on your food and drink. Yet you will not provide a basic accommodation of a rest room?? Every Sonic I have gone to has a bathroom. Just not this one. We voted with our wallets and left with out buying food. Sorry 4 customers worth of revenue gone.

Came to it at 8:50pm. It seemed pretty empty so googled if it was still open. Google said it didnt close until 10. Made an order that included a sausage breakfast toaster. They brought it out, and then immediately turned the lights out. I guess they were mad I came before closing (even tho yalls page says yall are open lol) and my sausage toaster had these crumble things on it instead of how it's normally made. I would have rather they turned me away instead of this lol

Lady that worked there tried stealing money from me, total was 9.40 i gave her a 20 and she only gave me 5 back. I said i gave you a twenty and she said oh i thought you gave me 15 but i only gave one single 20 dollar bill. she then proceeded to pull 5 out of her fanny pack and i asked for the receipt. says change owed was 60 cents. She marked it as I gave her a 10 so she didn’t put the total in correctly on the machine either. Fire that thief! i will be keeping the receipt.

Ordered 2 grilled steak bacon cheese sandwiches as seen on TV. Well they did not resemble anything close to “as see on TV”. Not sure they even had cheese on the sandwich’s. Hardly any meat. We had to open the bread to see if anything was inside. The fries were good and service was fast. The dog enjoyed the sandwiches
