I order on line for delivery that can take up to 90 minutes to arrive, so place an order in plenty of time to enjoy your meal. The delivery driver is always happy, polite and helpful and respects the covid requirements. I've used Kong Sing 3 times over a period of time and the food is always piping hot tasty and enjoyable, very large portions if you have a good appetite. They have a great selection on their menu really worth your money 😁

As first time customers tonight we are extremely pleased with the taste and portion sizes of the food, everything arrived absolutely piping hot (hotter than we have had in a long time, which made a pleasant change) and the delivery guy was friendly and polite. We ordered our favourites and were not disappointed! We have been looking for a decent Chinese takeaway in Dover ever since a very bad experience at New China Town Worthington Street. Looking forward to trying you guys again in the future, highly recommended to all 10/10 :)

I ve been going kong sing for 2 years as I tried other Chinese takeaways in dover and ther not good, so been sticking with this one ,but the last 2 orders I've had have not been great , rice has been over cooked on both occasions, szchauwen beef only half a pot. The mixed balls the pork ones are black and have gone in the bin. The price has gone up and now I'm getting less and mediocre food , shape up kong sing or I will go elsewhere ,, so be wary when ordering, I will be ringing them to complain,d edited 16-1-23 , have since been to kong sing many times since this issue above and can say the have rectified all issues I had , I'm happy to recommend, best Chinese in Dover,d

Lovely food but far far to SALTY. Please use less salt in your cooking.

4 th time ordering. Gave 5 stars last month. First 2 times were very nice. Last time was not great. . Thought I'd give them one more chance. Never again. What has happened to your food. Yuk.

Food very good and plenty for the price but premises could do with a serious refurbishment .

Superb Chinese food, flavoursome and wholesome if that makes food sense. Wow. Just wow. However it took 15 calls to get delivery. And a long wait for simple order. Worth the wait as a loyal customer.

Takeaway meal was really good and tasty. The only thing I didn't like was placing the chicken and ribs in the same container. Next time I will ask for it separated. The portions were big and food tasty.

Due to our local Chinese restaurant being closed on a Wednesday, we decided to get a takeaway from Kong Sing Chinese. Great choice as we were very happy with the food. The crispy sweet chilli beef and beef in black bean sauce were absolutely delicious.

Best chinese take away by far, this used to be my local, now I live the other side of Kent and still come down from time to time to have an epic chinese, very friendly staff never had a bad experience.

Ordered from here a few times now and have had great customer service every time. Food always hot and excellent quality and really good portion sizes. Can't complain definitely would recommend staff are always happy to help 😀. Best Chinese in Dover in my opinion hope that anyone that tries it will love it just as much as our family do. OK beef chowmein was very dry and beef tough n tasteless, the sweet n sour chicken balls were best iv ever had, proper bits of chicken breast nicely cooked

Me and my partner ordered last week for the first time .By far the best Chinese in Dover I have to say . We would like to apologize to the delivery guy as we gavelots of change to pay with. However the food was absolutely delicious. Me and my other half been looking for a nice Chinese since last year to be able to stick with one . Well we definitely find it now and I can honestly say that we 100% will be ordering again. The crispy chilli beef was my favourite best I ever had. Also the satay sauce woow !! So so yummy !! We are both chefs and we have our own food business too , so we know our food very well and we do recommend this guys to you with all of our approval!! Thx again we be back
